ZillowVERIFIED So my wife and I were EXTREMELY picky when it came to our new house in regards to style/location/details and that isnt a great recipe for this current market we are in. Jason ended up showing us 87 different houses in an 8 month period and was extremely patient with us as our minds changed over and over. At one point, when we had our an offer on a house we loved and missed out ( it went for WAY to much money ) Jason offered had us pick a couple neighborhoods we really liked and he went door to door to try and find someone there that wanted to sell their house. We didnt end up with a house in those neighborhoods because we changed our minds once again. The house we finally got we couldnt have been more happy with, and when we closed on the house, the sellers agent made sure to tell us aEURoeJason wrote a great contract, thats why we chose your offer over the the similar offersaEUR?. He never got impatient or pushy with us. Also worth noting, the agent he works with ( Rhonda ) is awesome also, so it was nice to have her as backup! When it came to selling our house he was very helpful also. We really wanted someone to take the time and show us what we should and shouldnt spend time working on before going to market. He saved us lots of time/money/energy messing with things that werent necessary!

Even her recommendations for contractors I used prior to putting my house on the market were spot on. She's thorough. She does all the necessary research. We got several offers for our house. Rhonda advised me throughout the process and together we identified the best offer overall. She was actively engaged with the buyer's realtor and lender - and always kept me informed.
