Rhonda, It was a bumpy ride until we met you! There really is no way to express how much we appreciate all you did to sell our home, especially when the unforeseen COVID19 bomb dropped. After several failed contracts with other agents, working with you was a relief. You impressed us at our first meeting when instead of just telling us what we needed to know and what we could expect throughout the process, you asked us what we wanted and expected as clients. This was the beginning of a beautiful relationship! What we expected was C-O-M-M-U-N-I-C-A-T-I-O-N. We had no idea how hard this was for some. With us living out of town, communication was imperative! For you, this was a natural process. Never did we have to hunt you down to find out what was going on. You communicated not just in the beginning but throughout the entire process. You took on jobs that were not your own because we couldn't be there. You're so thoughtful and patient! You even put food in the fridge for us when we came up. You met all issues/problems/concerns (even those not the responsibility of the agent) that arose as "challenges to be resolved" with your no nonsense, get it done, whatever it takes attitude. We LOVE Rhonda!!! We moved out of state and had to sell our home quick. We had a not so great previous experience selling with someone else and after listing with Rhonda we knew things would be different this time! The house was staged amazingly, pictures were GORGEOUS, there were soooooooo many showings and even multiple offers!!! Everything the world tried to throw at us Rhonda had an answer for it!
