I honestly can?t recommend Rhonda enough. We were purchasing a home from out-of-state and realized quickly it is a very difficult process. When we found Rhonda we were saved! Rhonda was always available when we needed her to drive by a neighborhood to show us how the current neighborhood looked and she did numerous virtual tours for us in homes to help see all the little things that pictures don?t show. When we were able to come into town and see homes in person, she cleared her personal schedule so she could spend the day with us visiting more homes. She had spot-on recommendations of homes and neighborhoods that fit what we were looking for. To find a realtor that takes the time to listen to what you want, that puts in the research on homes you?re interested in, that is knowledgeable in so many aspects of such a large city, is such a needle in the hay stack. If you are looking to purchase a home, you will be extremely pleased to let Rhonda work for you!

What if I disagree with my home valuation?

Every realtor runs their business different. Talk to multiple realtor to find one that will work with you and that you feel comfortable with. Our job is present the comparables and show you what we came up with. It is still your home and you sell it for what is resonable to you.
