Come talk with me. There are alot of steps that must be done prior to viewing homes. If you do them first it makes the process easy.
I help seller know the market of their neighborhood prior to them selling. I preview homes and help them know what needs to be done to the home to get it ready to sell. A few thing could get a higher price.
I have worked with all types. I have had a translator come with me to help the communication. I want to make sure eveyne knows exactly what is going to happen.
I showed property to a couple from NJ and they bought a new built home. The are from Croatia. They came and viewed a home completed but theris was going to be completed in 6 months. Keeping in contact with them and getting to understand their accent was fun. They did not understand how easy it is to close in Florida. They love the house and love Ocala.
I worked for 10 years doing property management and collecting on notes. I also at time helped them in the commercial side of real estate. In 2003 I started in Residential sales and was the top selling agent at Kellwer Williams until I opened my own Company, buckner Homes Realty Inc.
I have a BS degree in Business Management and I am the Broker which I have gone over many seperate certified classes.

What if I disagree with my home valuation?
Every realtor runs their business different. Talk to multiple realtor to find one that will work with you and that you feel comfortable with. Our job is present the comparables and show you what we came up with. It is still your home and you sell it for what is resonable to you.

It could all depending on the size of the loft/bedroom. It has to have a window to be a bedroom.
