I was able to secure a very competitive rate through her husband! Dada truly cares about her clients. A few months after I bought my house, she sent a tin of cookies during Christmas time along with a card. It's attention to detail like this that you don't see often anymore, and it truly means a lot. Dada was so great that I contacted her again when I sold my house a few months ago. Being a single homeowner, I had a smaller house. But with how Dada treated me you would have thought my house was worth 10 times as much as it was. I have no doubt she would treat her clients with the same attention to detail and services offered whether their house is selling for $100k or $1 million. I was just as pleased with the selling end of things as I was with buying through Dada. I will absolutely continue to use her services as long as she is in real estate! One last point, my parents had listed their house and were having trouble selling it. The house sat on the market for 7 months when I encouraged them to reach out to Dada for assistance. ZillowVERIFIED As buyers from another state, we were unfamiliar with the Gainesville housing market. We found a house through the sellers agent and Dada was recommended to us. She immediately reached out to us as did her assistant, Jon. We had agreed to a 30-day close and were in constant contact with both Dada and Jon during that month-long escrow period. Our purchase was part of a Reverse 1031 Exchange which involved much more than a traditional purchase. Dada put us in touch with an experienced Escrow Agent who handled the Close with ease. In addition, she made herself available to help us with the inspections of the home including meeting with the pest control people, managing contractors who were performing repairs and putting us in touch with an insurance agent. It became obvious very quickly that these various service people respect Dada and her team and we benefitted greatly from those relationships. ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time we bought a house with Dada?s help. We trust her and really enjoyed working with her. She is really personal and pleasant to work with. She listened to our needs and was always there to answer our questions. It was difficult to find a house with our specifics in a seller?s market. We went back and forth between buying an existing house vs building a new one. She provided us with valuable information, including her own experience in building. When we needed information for construction loans, she introduced us to lenders that offered competitive rates. After fully explored the pros and cons of building a new house, we decided that buying an existing house was the right choice for us. With our new baby and busy work schedule, we did not have much time to see houses. She pre-screened houses with dealbreakers to save us time and she kept us updated regularly. When we finally found a house we like, she guided us through a difficult negotiation, extended the inspection period for us when we needed more time to find out more information about the house. Last but not the least, we got a great rate on the mortgage through a lender she introduced us to. She continued to help us even after the escrow closed! We need money for renovation and asked her opinion of home equity loan vs HELOC. She again introduced us to a great lender who offered us a HELOC with great terms. We are so lucky to have Dada as our realtor. She is a truly one-stop realtor who will help you with all aspects of buying a house.
