Rhiannon had incredible knowledge of our market! She showed her expertise in guiding us to prepare our home. Whenever we had questions they were answered in minutes. After listing our home we had 10 offers in just three days! She walked us through each offer and now less than 24 days after listing we have a closing date in 5 days! Shes phenomenal. Every offer was well Over asking price and we had multiple back up offers as well! Her negotiating skills where very sharp and she was able to secure everything we needed in the sale! Rhiannon helped us sell our condo and buy our new house at the onset and height of the COVID-19 pandemic. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and thoughtful about every recommendation she made during both the buying and selling process, and when you work with her you feel like youre her only client - even though she has plenty of business and experience. We made an excellent profit on the sale of our condo and her savvy negotiating skills got us our new house at below list and appraisal price. I cant imagine hiring anyone else in the future other than Rhiannon to be my real estate agent. Work with her - you wont regret it.
