ZillowVERIFIED You cant trust just anyone to sell your home. We spent a year preparing for the sale of our home and even though we were ready when we listed there were things I worried about. Did we HAVE to do this, does this HAVE to be fixed, is this color good, what if, what if, what if...??? With the amount of times I contacted Michael, I'm sure he wanted to toss his hands in the air and say aEURoehave someone else sell itaEUR?... but he didnt, he just reassured us and guided us right up until the end. His knowledge of the industry is incredible, we wanted to list for far less than we did, he wouldnt let us. The line Ill never forget him saying was aEURoewe dont set the price, the market sets the priceaEUR? and he was right. It was priced right because we had offers at our open house, good offers, above asking offers. He helped us navigate through the offers pointing out which were strong and why to go with this loan over that loan, and in the end he was spot on because the sale went smooth as silk from start to finish. The guidance we received from Michael and Team Gresty was invaluable. This man, this team and their team of lawyers will sell your home, fast and fair.
