ZillowVERIFIED Rhesa is truly amazing! She is always on top of what is going on. The selling part I was really dreading, then Rhesa made each step so easy!!! Also, I so appreciated that she was always on time - from meeting with me to to putting the for sale sign out, taking the pictures, getting the house on the market, and meeting me at the title company for the closing. She always let me know when she was showing the house and the outcome of the showing. I always knew I could text her or call with questions. Rhesa had 2 offers the first day and we had a "deal" by the next evening!!! I had a question on one of the inspections, and she has many valuable contacts and found out information for me right away! All of this really reduces the stress for the seller. I would highly recommend Rhesa to anyone who is selling or buying!!!

I told her my needs and she treated me like I was her only client. Back in the day when you had to use paper sheets to look at. (She would even stop by late at night just to put the next set of houses to look at in my mailbox). Rain or snow, mud or sunshine, we went. Nothing stops her from meeting your needs.!
