I feel privileged to say, "I love my job". Selling Real Estate has always been my dream job. I am passionate about what I do and I love to go to work! I take pride in taking care of the little details and making sure my clients receive the best service. For me, communication is the key to a good relationship. I listen to my client's needs and I am available to them at all times. I love to help clients sell their home or property so that they can achieve THEIR goals. My goal is not to just put a sign in the yard but to sell it! I utilize all the advanced marketing tools Coldwell Banker has to offer, study the market and work with my clients to put together a marketing plan that works. I also thoroughly enjoy working with buyers. When it comes time to buying that perfect new home or property, listening to my client's needs is important to me. I am always looking out for my client's best interest. It's exciting and challenging to find that perfect home and I won't give up until the right property is found. I grew up in this beautiful town, Marquette MI and attended Northern Michigan University. I graduated with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Photography. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for over 20 years. I was responsible for millions of dollars in sales annually and worked within FDA compliance regulations. By focusing on my customer's needs and my attention to detail I had a very successful career. Throughout my years as a Pharmaceutical Representative I achieved multiple National and Regional sales awards. The pharmaceutical landscaped changed over the years and companies consolidated and merged. This left me with an opportunity to further my sales experience and to move into a career I have always been passionate about, selling Real Estate. I choose to represent Coldwell Banker as a Realtor because of their National Exposure and a Leader in Michigan Real Estate. They also provide comprehensive education and training opportunities. I successfully completed the efastStart program from the Coldwell Banker University. I am excited about my career as a real estate agent and I Love to Sell Real Estate. My second Passion is photography. I graduated with a minor in photography from Northern Michigan University. I have worked as a school portrait photographer for Life Touch School Studios and now I have my own freelance business; focusing on portraits, sports photography and horses. I am also expanding my love and experience in photography to photographing houses so that they show their best. Research has shown that about 90% of home buyers use internet websites to find the home they purchase. Photos are one of the most important factors in marketing. It forms the buyers' first opinion of your home which will spur a showing. Showings, sell your house! I take pride and care in taking quality photos to show your property at its best!
