ZillowVERIFIED Renee Schmidt is the best. She pulled us out of a real estate deal that was going awry and getting complicated. She then helped us find a great community and a beautiful house to build. Our house is now built with her help, with us being in Illinois and our new house in Punta Gorda. She is always a phone call, or text away. Again, shes the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This young lady promised me she could sell our house quickly and she surpassed my expectations. Excellent realtor. My previous realtor did not do what he said. Very glad we hired Renee.

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed 7 different real estate representatives to choose who was going to list and sell my home. I chose Renee because she was knowledgeable she conveyed great confidence in how things would go. As soon as we were listed, Renee was always on top of everything with respect to marketing and selling my home. She really impressed me with her ability to negotiate the deal and she went above and beyond what was expected as the deal was worked through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold a house in Port Charlotte. We choose Renee Schmidt to list with because she had prepared the best market analysis of those we interviewed. She sold the house way more quickly than we anticipated. And, she helped us out dealing with some house contents for us after the sale (we live out of state). I highly recommend Renee.Tim D., Indianapolis

ZillowVERIFIED Renee always went the distance and more. Pleasant and helpful with any questions I had. Paid extra attention to details most realtors took for granted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
