My mother and her husband bought their dream home through Renee. My mother spoke so highly of Renee and they became friends after the sale was complete. My mother mentioned Renee as being a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor. Fast forward several years and Renee and I finally met. Unfortunately the reason was out of necessity. My family needed to sell my mothers dream home due to unforeseen and significant circumstances. Even prior to the sale, Renee was there for us. We brought our mother home to the west coast and were temporarily left with a vacant house in Rapid City. Renee stepped up and assisted in maintaining the residence while we helped my mother transition. Renee helped our family even when the thought of selling was far from our minds. Eventually, the sale was necessary. Renee assisted us through the process and made the process far easier than any of our family expected. She was quick to respond and even quicker to provide updates on potential buyers. Before we knew it, Renee found the perfect people to move into what was once my mothers dream home. As painful as it was to make this decision, Renee made it not only bearable, but easy. She is an absolute gem in the Rapid City community. And thats not even talking about her respectful and professional demeanor as an amazing realtor.

Since we were hours away and were relocating to the area we wanted someone who could be honest and be our eyes when we couldnt be in the area. Shopping for a home during COVID is weird to say the least, but Renee was great at adapting. She was able to take us on walk thrus via FaceTime. I was a little skeptical on how good a virtual walk thru was going to be, but she made it seem like we were there with her. During the virtual tour I would ask her to aEURoego backaEUR? or aEURoelook leftaEUR? - she was such a good sport! There was a house that from the pictures looked great, but Renee was upfront and gave us an honest look into the deeper problems regarding the house that we couldnt see from the pictures. She was also great at accommodating walk throughs at times that worked for us. Since we lived so far away(hours upon hours) we were only able to come out 1 weekend. She made it work! She was great at communicating and ensuring we have everything we need. Even once we closed on our house she would call just to check in on us.We heard about Renee from word of mouth and are so grateful we chose her as our realtor! Her team is great as well! We really could keep going on singing her praises, but this review would be even longer....We will definitely be going to Renee again when we look for our next house!

ZillowVERIFIED Selling my dad's home was an afterthought that came at the end of a trip to move to an assisted living facility. A family friend recommended Renee, and I called late on a Friday afternoon to see if she was available on short notice. I had less than 24 hours before I had to depart Rapid City. Renee met with us early on Saturday morning, then went across town to assess the property and start the process. A couple of days after our meeting, Renee pitched all of the particulars to dad (a very "detail oriented" client) and had a signed contract in hand after he had talked about getting 2d and 3d opinions at the initial meeting.
