ZillowVERIFIED Renee helped us buy our first home. I sent her a property at like 10:30pm and we were able to view it right away the next morning which was great because by the next evening there was already an offer on the home! Despite there being 7 other offers, including one higher than our offer, we got the house! Renee was really helpful in guiding us through the process as first time home buyers and was also just a very nice, kind, and thoughtful person. I would highly recommend Renee!

ZillowVERIFIED I processed a property inquiry that was answered within 10 minutes. Her team set up a telephone conference the very next day. I received an email confirmation and text. But Renee never called. I then sent an email and text asking about the missed telephone conference. Still to this date, no answer! Such poor customer service!
