ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a house late one night and I clicked on a link and asked for more information. Renee messaged back and stated she would be glad to discuss this with me. I immediately replied back and ask if she was available to discuss then and to my surprise she said YES! On a Sunday night she called me at 10:30pm at night and took the time to explain step by step to me, a new first time home owner what it would be like buying our first starter home. From that point going forward, I knew this Realtor was the one! She sat down with us, went through and determined what we liked, what we didnt like, the area(s) that we were looking for, and the amount of space that we might need. Each time we went into a house Renee was so through! Ive never seen anyone inspect a house like this. I knew prior to the inspector coming to the house what was wrong because Renee was so though- there were really no surprises.
