I was renting a house from a family member who was trying to rip me off and in the middle of being scared, young and not knowing what my next move was going to be, I took a chance on a for sale sign on a house and called the number listed. Renee picked up and asked me if I had ever considered buying. being the timid 24 year old I was, I reluctantly allowed her to give me some of the low downs on making such a huge commitment, and all that's involved. She was the light at the end of my tunnel and guided me and my then fiancA(C) now wife down an uncertain path and made the transition to homeownership a simple walk through the park. I have since had her sell that house for me which she made very quick work of even in a sketchy market at the time, and helped us purchase our 2nd home which we currently reside in. We will forever be grateful for Renee and all she has done for us and will continue to request her services whenever anything comes up whether it be a vacation home, rental home or anything else we decide to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIEDRenee first showed us several homes after we sold in Palos Verdes. Not finding anything we liked we rented for a year in Palmdale to look things over. Once ready Renee worked with our lender which she knew. We saw many homes in what became a seller's market. Finally, we pounced on a Quartz Hill gem with Renee writing special letters on our behalf as seniors. It was complicated with repairs, seller rental, etc. Renee guided us by email with referrals to her network of cleaning, repair and landscape pros. WOW! Then recently she referred us to a local refinance specialist. Renee is really TOPS!

ZillowVERIFIEDOne of the things I appreciated about Renee was she didn't waste my time. I was driving in from the Pasadena area trying to find a home in Lancaster, CA. My drive to see her was a little over an hour, but each time I made that trip to Lancaster, she always had numerous homes for me to see. Everything was mapped out and we would go from one house to another. I didn't have to spend time in her office while she looked for available properties. She was ready! That made the process more enjoyable. Renee listened to me as well. She didn't try to force me to buy the home she thought I should have, but the one I really wanted. The process was a lot different than what you see on HGTV. :-) I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Renee was always available to us with any questions. If she was unable to take a call immediately, she returned my messages within the same day, usually within the hour. Renee knew the area, the market, the ins and outs of inspections, loans, had tips for selling and was an encyclopedia of resources for everything you could ask for. She contacted every realtor that showed the house to follow up and gave us honest feedback. She was always respectful and hopeful, always looking at the positive and never giving up. Our house sold 5 months after listing it and she was with us and the buying realtor every step of the way. She is the hardest working realtor I've ever met. She then helped us when buying our newest home and she is helping our daughter buy her first home. I couldn't give her a higher recommendation.
