Review Renee was who helped me buy my home, and 7 years later, she was who I wanted to have help me sell my home! She has a network of other realtors that she works with that made both looking for a home to buy, and looking for someone to sell my home to, incredibly fast! When it came to selling my home, she came in with research on other houses in the area, along with a game plan on how to price my house to attract potential buyers and to make sure I got the most I could get for my house. She asked for my input to make sure I was good with her thoughts and ideas thought the process, but I was more than happy to let her take the ball and run with it. She's a pro and I didn't want to get in her way! I've moved out of state, but I would absolutely go to Renee to buy and sell future houses fore if I could!

She is a professional realtor who knows everything about buying and selling homes. This was my third transaction with buying or selling a home with Renee and on a 1 to 10 scale, I give her a 10 every single time! So if you need a realtor, Renee is the person to call. Review Although I was new to the home owning and selling experience when I began working with Renee, I can confidently say she is an excellent, personable and highly experienced realtor. Renee offered guidance in areas I needed, and was upfront and honest on all fronts. I was in a position where I bought and sold the same home within 4 weeks. This being said I was able to work with Renee from both a buyers and a sellers perspective. I recommend Renee for any of your property needs and I am very much looking forward to working with her again in the future!

Review Wow?.. I never imagined the process to go a quick and smooth as it did. I?ve always known she is amazing at her work but damn! From the pre-listing walk thru all the way to the closing I did as she said which was nothing but sign papers. She handled everything and worry free! Reading her listing made me want to buy my house again, it made me happy for my choices. Everyone around me that was listed by other agents kinda got jealous of how she did things and how fast we moved. IT TRULY IS ABOUT WHO YOU LIST WITH! Renee you are genuine and amazing! Thank you again!

Review If not for Renee, I dont think my family would have been able to land our perfect home. She helped us navigate an intense market. We got top value for the home we were selling and our purchasing search was pleasant with her by our side. After several home tours, she knew when we had found the right one and pulled out all of the stops to help us make the best offer we could within our means. I will say it again, this wouldnt have been possible without her and my family will forever be thankful for her service.

Review Words to describe Renee- knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, informative, experienced! I have bought and sold with Renee! Both times problems were thrown at her that were rare issues. She navigated those challenges head on. She even went out to get a quick claim deed signed herself because the title company repeatedly dropped the ball. She?s honest about each property and gives you all of the information (good and bad) to help guide you to make the most informed decisions. I could not imagine going through a home buying or selling experience without her ALWAYS by our side navigating through the red tape and sea of many decisions. She?s truly took on all of my worries and cares and made the process as stress free as possible. I?m sold!

Review My townhouse was on the market for 6 months without any offers. It was at that time I decided to change relators. Renee came highly recommended from a friend of mine. Within two weeks I had an offer. Little over 30 days we had the closing. I recommend her for any property you have to sell.

Review My husband and I relocated 10 years ago from Washington state, and we needed a place to live. As I was online I found Renee and she was extremely nice and very helpful. She listen to our needs and she brought us to our house that we fell in love with and bought. We?ve lived there 10 years and now it?s time to move back to Washington state. We hired Renee again to sell our house, and it?s sold within 24 hours. We couldn?t believe how fast she was and on top of getting things done. Throughout the years I have kept contact with Renee because not only is she our realtor but she became our friend as well. She is very smart , Professional, and trustworthy. She very Knowledgeable with the market. 100% I Recommend Renee to sell and/or find you a house that is just right for you.

Review Renee was very helpful in getting us into the home we were so desperately looking for but couldnt seem to find. She listened genuinely to the things we were looking to find in a home, without simply having us go through the listings until we could settle on something. Ultimately she managed to find us a home we couldnt even see listed, and helped make the stressful closing process a breeze.

Review When I was looking to build/buy my first house, Renee carefully and dutifully listened to my wants and needs in the house I was looking for. She did a wonderful job finding places for me to look at first to buy, but ultimately, we decided that building was my best option. Renee worked with me every step of the way through visiting communities to meeting with the builders to ensure everything I wanted and asked for was included in the plans. Anytime I had questions she was always there to help. Renee?s expertise, caring, and kindness was far and beyond any expectation that I had. When the time comes again for me to look at another house, I will certainly work with Renee again.

Review We worked with Renee in 2012, when we first started looking for a home to purchase in the Dayton, Ohio area. Seven years later, when we were ready to sell the home due to a relocation out of state, we knew that we would want to use her services again. Seven days after placing our home on the market, we received an offer above asking price. Renee will work hard for her clients, has a wealth of knowledge about the market and the area, and is a top notch professional. We would highly recommend her, and have referred others in the market to her.

Review Our experience with Renee was amazing. We had, not an uncommon thing happen over the winter. My father encountered some health issues which required to no longer live alone and he would live with my family, so we he had to sell his home. We met with Renee she stated I think I can sell this quickly. She did! Sold it after just one day on the market. We also had to sell ours and find a larger home. We did a few upgrades and after a few months we put it on market again she stated this wont last! It didnt....After 7 days on the market ours sold! There were some challenges that we had to get through with the buyer of our home. When it looked like the deal was dead, she told us to hang there that she believed it would still happen. She was able to get it completed. Through her hard work and many hours spent on us we are now in our new home taking care of my father. The best customer experience I have ever had and would highly recommend Renee.

Review What can I say about Renee Tinsley?I?ll try to be as brief as possible but how does one surmise such a great person? First let me say I am totally unpleasable. Nothing is ever good enough so when I thought about selling my home, I knew the search for a realtor would not be easy. I knew I needed someone who would be resilient enough to deal with me and be flexible with my hectic schedule. I?ll just say Renee did both. She held her own in dealing with me and was ALWAYS available when I had a question. Many times into the late hours of the evening! I met with 3 top realtors in the area before connecting with Renee. Not only did I feel she really listened to me, and wasn?t just trying to get me to my lowest sell price so we can dump my house quickly, she was prepared and able to quantify her data and proposals. She?s super organized and has her plan in order. And thank God I chose her because we ran into a record worst type of buyer. I was ready to cut and run and Renee helped me keep my cool and maintain my composure (and in fact we sold for more than $15k than I had originally planned!). She presents herself so graciously and has such a kind and genuine demeanor about her. In fact, my wife and I have now become friends with her and her husband. I would challenge anyone to meet with her before making a final decision on a realtor. You won?t be disappointed! Sincerely, Chad McLean

Review Renee is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She had a professional photographer come out and take pictures of my home for the listing. The pictures looked so amazing I almost decided not to sell !! She answered all of my questions and made the process a breeze. My home sold on the same day it listed and for above list price. If you wanted an amazing realtor, who will make you feel like you are her number one priority at all times I would highly recommend Renee.

Review Renee is a master! She knows her trade better than anyone, and she will prove it to you. When beginning the home-buying process in a new area, I was concerned that I wouldnt be able to find a realtor with my best interests in mind or one that wouldnt be accommodating to my unique situation. But when I met Renee, I put my trust in her. She is adaptive to each client, she makes things happen, and she does it with precision, elegance, and finesse. She is an absolute pleasure to have as a realtor and to be around as a friend.

Review Renee was spectacular. When we would find a house we wanted to see she was very quick to get us a showing. When we decided to look in Lebanon instead of Springboro she was very accommodating and did great research. She found us the perfect house!! Working with Renee on finding our first house together was like working with a good friend. One of my favorite things about Renee was that after every house we saw, whether we liked it or not, she would ask us what 1 or 2 things we liked and disliked about the house so she could better understand what we were looking for in a house. We would definitely recommend Renee if you are looking for a house. We definitely try and use her if we move in the future. J&J R

Review Renee Tinsley is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I had to sell my home in the Dayton, Ohio area from another state over 1k miles away. I contacted Renee and she immediately took on the challenge without hesitation. Renee walked me through each step of the process with ease and efficiency. She made sure my home was presented in the best light to potential buyers. My home was on the market for 2 DAYS before going under contract with the new home owner. Renee negotiated for me and provided me with all the facts I needed to make informed decisions. On top of all of that, she was an absolute DELIGHT to work with! I cant express my gratitude enough. Renee is a professional and has her clients best interest in mind. I would recommended Renee to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking realtor.

Both as a buyers agents of our house in Centerville, Ohio and four years later, as our sellers agent Renee provided us with outstanding service! Besides being a gifted, highly motivated and professional realtor; More than an agent, Renee quickly became a family friend and someone my wife and I trusted to provide honest feedback and recommendations. She is not afraid to admit when she doesnt know something, but quickly and accurately finds out the answers to your questions. Review We were introduced to Renee from friends of ours who she helped find their dream house. Our expectations were pretty high, because we were told that she works miracles. She did not disappoint! She helped us sell our old house and worked tirelessly to help us find the home that had everything that my wife and I both wanted. Even went as far as making herself available while she was on vacation. Closing on our new house took a bit longer than we anticipated, due to a few surprises to us all, but she managed to keep us calm and assured us that she had everything under control. I would absolutely recommend Renee for all of your home buying and selling needs! She is a true professional. Im also proud to say that, through the whole process, has become a dear friend.

Review Im so happy I found Renee. When I met her, I didnt have a clear plan of what I wanted to do. She waited patiently while I searched for a new place. When I finally found what I wanted, she was there to help me sell the house I was living in and get situated in my new home. I was really impressed with her marketing. There were roughly 10-15 showings of my home during the first 2 weeks it was listed. We not only had an offer during that period, there was also a back-up offer. It sold quickly because she helped me price it right. Renee is really fun to work with and is always just a phone call away. Some of this happened while I was on vacation in Florida, but she kept in touch and we were able to get all the contract work done without any problems. I dont believe you can find a better realtor.

When we first spoke, she asked some general questions as to what we were interested in and she was able to pick out a number of houses for us to look at. After two days of looking at houses we found the one we loved and couldnt be happier. Renee was very helpful from the time we spoke all the way through the home buying process, she is also willing to answer any questions I have to this day. Review We moved to Dayton from Louisville, KY. Renee gave me the time I needed to get adjusted. She never rushed me or pushed me to look before I was ready. We looked at many and almost settled on one that we didnt love. Renee didnt let that happen!! She helped us to find the house of our dreams. Perfect house, perfect neighborhood. She asks if I love our home and I tell her ( I dont think she believes me) that I tell my husband probably 2 times a week how in love I am with our new home. We truly feel blessed. This would not have been possible without her. Thank you for all your hard work.
