She has a network of other realtors that she works with that made both looking for a home to buy, and looking for someone to sell my home to, incredibly fast! When it came to selling my home, she came in with research on other houses in the area, along with a game plan on how to price my house to attract potential buyers and to make sure I got the most I could get for my house. She asked for my input to make sure I was good with her thoughts and ideas thought the process, but I was more than happy to let her take the ball and run with it. My father encountered some health issues which required to no longer live alone and he would live with my family, so we he had to sell his home. We met with Renee she stated "I think I can sell this quickly". She did! Sold it after just one day on the market. We also had to sell ours and find a larger home. We did a few upgrades and after a few months we put it on market again she stated "this won't last"! It didn't....After 7 days on the market ours sold!
