ZillowVERIFIED Renee helped my wife and I sell our home as well as find a new home for our family. When it all started (around start of 2016) we were three, but expecting a 4th member of the family and really had no clue what we were doing. We were hit with delays due to big plumbing leak and of course the birth of our daughter, but Renee was patient and stuck it out with us until we were really ready to get going almost an entire year later. The house we were selling was our first. We were married there, had our kids there and made so many wonderful memories, but naturally we were starting to outgrow it. While it was difficult to prepare it to sell (and part with it), Renee truly made the whole process of getting the house market ready very painless. We really put a lot of work ourselves into making it look great, but have to say her photographer really drove it home with the photos for the listing. They came out SO good especially considering a lot of the photos we have seen in other listings. Our house was basically under contract in 5 days after several offers. When that fell through, we rolled up our sleeves, got back to work and Renee was right there with us. Then 2 days later we were under contract again! It was crazy. Now we had to find our new home and while we had been looking (A LOT) nothing was really working. We were lucky another member of Renee's team, Kristen Moquin, took the reigns and we hit the ground running. In two weeks we had a contract on our new home and we were able to make a relatively smooth transition. Throughout the sale and buying process, you name it, we had to deal with it. Both appraised low and there were roadblocks that can easily derail these kinds of deals. These ladies, Renee and Kristen, really worked hard for us and made sure that our interests were looked after. As anyone who has been through this can attest, it is not easy and it can be very stressful. I know because of that we also were not the easiest to deal with. All of the people we dealt with there (Renee, Kristen, Kristen and Melissa) were all very professional and nice to work with. It's also worth mentioning they have a great network of people as far as inspectors, mortgage brokers, contractors, etc. to help with whatever else you need. For anyone getting ready to take this big step of buying their first home or selling to upgrade homes or whatever real estate need, I would without question recommend Renee Buckhoff and her team to help them accomplish that.

She made suggestions to us about what things we should do to the house and property to help expedite the sale. She was professional in her mannerisms and respectful in how she addressed these small fixes. She offered to find us companies to do the repairs for us and checked back to see how we were doing. We painted the interior and replaced damaged carpeting on the stairs. Once the house was ready to be placed up for sale, we had a contract in two days. Renee explained everything clearly, told us what we could expect, and gave us a timeline of events. We had already relocated out of the state but she managed to electronically send us all the required documents to sign via email. She even sent somebody to our house to sign the title paperwork.
