Renee is by far the best realtor I know! She's full of knowledge about homes. For instance, not only can she point out something that is damaged/broken, but she could tell you approx how much it would cost to repair it. The best story I could tell you about Renee is the one about our home. Just days before closing, the loan people decided that the tree stump under our crawl space needed to be removed. Renee and her brother actually crawled under my house, hooked a rope to the stump, and pulled it out! She wanted to get it done ASAP, so our closing wouldn't be delayed! That's going above and beyond!
