Review I bought a Triplex in Eugene near UO for my son to live in and manage for his next 3 school years. They were the listing agents also which I used to not be a fan of someone being on both sides. They always made the recommendations very clear as to advice as a buyer versus seller. They reached out to the city, contractors, and others for a lot of my questions. As is typical, some surprises happen along the way and they made sure to make it right. I now think we would have never closed the deal had I used a different agent to represent me. You can't go wrong using them.

Selling your home is always stressful but Renee and Russ made a challenging process super easy. Their expertise was critical throughout the process and we benefited greatly in multiple aspects from their negotiation suggestions and advice. From the beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure that our house was staged beautifully and created tasteful fliers and advertising materials. They had an excellent and well thought out advertising strategy that created excitement and brought in buyers immediately. We appreciated that they were super responsive to our texts and phone calls and always made us feel like we were their priority. We have bought and sold multiple homes with different local realtors and Russ & Renee were by far the best and easiest to work with. Plus they are just genuine, down to earth, awesome people. Review It was truly a lucky accident that we met Renee and Russ one afternoon as we attended one of their open houses. Though we had been looking off and on for a house in which to downsize, we had not gotten serious enough to enlist the aid of a realtor. Frankly, we had not had great experiences with realtors in the past and were reluctant to look for one. Renee, however, immediately impressed us with her enthusiasm, knowledge of the local market, and pertinent knowledge about our particular situation. We figured the process would be long and drawn-out, but Renee felt that the timing on selling our existing home would be perfect, if we could just get it ready to sell quickly. With Russ' help in what items to keep in the house and his staging experience, they executed a strategy of media marketing, open houses, and utilizing their network of realty contacts to maximize buyer traffic and interest. Russ' photos of our house were very professional and thoughtfully framed. Within five weeks, our old house was sold for top dollar, and we had moved into our cozy new empty-nester. Russ even helped take unwanted items to the dump, rearrange furniture, enlist his sons to move heavy items, power-wash the driveway, figure out some tricky inspection questions, and even do some minor repairs for us. Their overall responsiveness, follow-through, ethical approach to problems, and "just-do-it" attitude was amazing and so much more than we expected. We are proud to know them and their wonderful family. We highly recommend them to anyone needing full-service, above-and-beyond, reality services.

Review Renee Kittrell and her husband Russ are an incredible team. They helped us sell FIVE 3-bedroom houses in Eugene in the last 2 years. 4 were rental houses. The 5th was our primary residence. In every case, they listened to us about our goals, advised us on things we should do to each house before listing, handled all staging, handled all listing photo needs to show the house the best, strategized on correct pricing, coached us through the negotiation process on each sale. We can't imagine a better agent or better results for us. Review We are first-time home-buyers and feel like we honestly couldnt have done it without Renee and her husband Russ. They truly bend over backwards to make the process as easy as possible for their clients (and we were out of state!) Renee jumped on every home I mentioned liking, even driving to visit them because we lived five hours away, and would tell us the pros and cons of each location. We had a pretty tight schedule (we looked at six houses in one day and made an offer a week later) but everything went through with hardly a hitch. And Russ is there to smooth those things over; he was present for our home inspection and FaceTimed with us so we could observe, and he worked very hard to make sure everything was taken care of through the appraisal process as well. I could go on and on! They truly see to every detail and are passionate and energetic about their work. I am so thankful our lender recommended the Kitrells!

Review There is clearly a reason why Renee and Russ continue to get 5-stars over and over again. And truly, if we could give 100-stars we would. We recently sold our home and the process was made a bit more difficult because we were moving out of state. Also, we were concerned because without the furniture in the home sometimes the selling process takes longer. Renee and Russ immediately took action and coordinated the staging of our home to expedite the selling process. From the beginning, Russ jumped in and helped to make the house look showcase beautiful, and Renee created a marketing plan that was top-notch. They stayed in constant communication but they were still completely considerate of our time and the fact that we were in transition in another state. All the while, they took care of every aspect of the selling process and made sure our home was taken care of, making sure the lawn stayed green during the heat wave, holding countless Open Houses, and truly treating our home as if it was their own. We are so thankful and blessed to have found them. Actually, they were recommended to us by a friend who could not say enough wonderful things about them as well. I could go on and on but there is not enough space to fill in this box the gratitude we feel towards them. We have had many real estate experiences and have purchased and sold several homes, but Renee and Russ are head and shoulders above any transaction we have ever had. They are the complete package! Review We relocated to Eugene in April 2017 in the midst of an extremely challenging market for a home buyer. During our first 60 days here, we worked with 3 different real estate agents but were either over pressured or under represented and lost the opportunity to see and/or place an offer on homes that fit our wish list. It was by chance I met Renee Kittrell and her realtor husband Russ. My wife was out of town but I texted her immediately and told her these are the agents that will successfully find us a great home. They immediately understood the need for us to engage with the market right away and related 100% to the challenge of finding some of the "must haves" for us. Renee was always available when a new listing came on the market so we could quickly examine the property and make a decision on it. She was also very good at keeping us focused geographically so we didn't get distracted by great properties outside of our search zone,. When it came time to make an offer, Renee was very skillful with negotiating the offer and working with the Seller's agent to smooth out any uncommon ground. As a bonus, Russ works hard thoroughly reviewing inspection reports, tracking market price trends and obtaining contractor input for changes we contemplated at several properties. Both Renee and Russ are extremely positive people, love their jobs and are very knowledgeable. When they successfully commandeered our purchase and we took possession, Renee and Russ showed up at our home in their "moving" clothes to help us get settled. They are a great team and so easy to work with and they worked tirelessly to get us into a home. I highly recommend Renee (and her husband Russ) to any home buyer in this market. Review This could be a long one. But, let me try and briefly summarize our experience with Renee and Russ - her husband. They didn't just ell our home, they prepped it, staged it, PAID for a storage unit for our belongings, worked with their kids to spruce up the landscape, changed out light fixtures to more modern eye-pleasing ones, and last but not least SOLD our house, or I should say had an offer the day it went on the market for more than what we were asking for. The first realtor we interviewed told us to list our house at 225. Renee listed it at 239 and we accepted over 240K. I am on the road alot for work and while I was gone, both Renee and Russ helped my wife prepare and get stuff ready in my frequent absences in the weeks up to listing the home. So, long story short, even with a gun to my head, I would not hire ANYONE but the Kitrells to buy or sell a home in Oregon.

It was so amazing all the details they took care of and I didn't have to worry about. They had access to a number of contractors to help with the little odds and ends that come up. With Renee and Russ on our side, however, the experience resulted in the purchase of the PERFECT house, a fun and exciting house-hunting adventure, and the perk of a lasting, lifelong friendship. Russ and Renee gave their undivided attention to our house search, picking us up at our hotel, taking us on a tour of the neighborhoods in a city we knew nothing about, and listening attentively to our desires and feedback. One of the most impressive aspects of our experience with Russ and Renee was the level of personal attention we received. They are so personable and really took the time to get to know us and our needs during wonderful lunch and phone conversations. Once we had found our dream house, they guided us masterfully through the negotiating process, arranged for contractors to make repairs, stayed in constant contact, and helped make arrangements for our move. During the week before our move in a damaging ice storm, Renee and Russ calmed our fears by checking on our house for us. On the day we moved in, surrounded by boxes and chaos, Renee dropped by with food and necessities for us. Now that is the ultimate personal touch! Moving to a new town where we knew nobody, it was a comfort to know that we had already established lifelong friends in Renee and Russ. They are the most kind-hearted people we know, and thanks to their level of professional expertise, we are enjoying life in our new "dream" house. I have the utmost trust in them, have already recommended them to other friends, and give them the highest recommendation possible. We were buying a home from out of state, which is scary of course..but we fully trusted Renee from the first conversation we had with her over the phone. Review We requested relocation info online back in July 2015 and Renee sent us a packet of info about Eugene. We met her in October and she spent the morning showing us various areas around town, even knowing we were almost a year from being ready to make the move. We met with her and her husband Russ in March 2016 and they spent the weekend showing us a bunch of homes. We ended up picking a lot and having a house built with plans to move in September. We were 850 miles away in LA the whole time but she kept us informed and sent us pictures and videos showing the progress of the build. She handled all the negotiations with the builder and was there for us every step of the way. Mo and I could not have picked a better team than Renee and Russ and we will recommend them to others and feel we will be friends for life. We comment all the time about how lucky we are they came into our lives.

Review From the very beginning we were impressed with Renee. She came to the original meeting prepared and provided us with the necessary tools in order to prepare our home to list. We appreciated Renee's offer to assist us in staging our home and not only did she provide us with suggestions she assisted with staging furniture and decorations. We worked with Renee to price our home to sell and were impressed with Renee's enthusiasm and hard work. She immediately scheduled an open house the following weekend. The open house was well attended and Renee stayed afterwards to meet with a potential buyer. Once an offer was received Renee worked hard to explain the process to us. Once the offer was accepted she worked with the other agent to arrange for inspections and the necessary closing appointments. Review I met Renee in my hunt for a new home at an open house, we spoke a little about the area and the different neighborhoods. I had already been referred to an agent from the sale of my home in Washington but it was with a large national real estate agency. In my hunt I had found a home that had sparked my interest and wanted to view it as quickly as possible as it was in a great area. I was unable to get a response from the agent with the national firm and still had Renee's business card from the open house. One call to Renee and we had an appointment to view. The home wasn't the right fit and Renee had no hesitation in telling me that "we could do better". I had specific requirements for the purchase of my next home and Renee was excellent in filtering the listings she provided, even when I found homes that had all my requirements she did not hesitate in telling me if she thought we could do better, she said it a few times and in the end we found something that exceeded my original expectations. The last purchase of a home I felt as if by the fourth viewing the agent was becoming irritated and would have liked me to choose from one of the four. I never got that impression from Renee, she came across as a genuine person that took my interests and requirements very seriously. If you want to work with a real person and not feel like a number I recommend Renee and Camerelle Real Estate
