Also, my husband has been over seas working during this entire process, so having Renee as our agent has made things easier than I imagined they could be. I drove 5 hours north with my 2 little boys and spent 1 weekend with her. She was very informed on every home we viewed and we even came up with nick names for them. She knew I felt overwhelmed with everything and making a decision without my husband present was very hard and sad as well. She did everything to make me comfortable and was able to help me see our family in the right home. In the one weekend we spent together we were able to find our house and sign a contract. While we waited for the loan approval she kept in contact with us, always asking if we needed anything and continued to send us pictures of the house being bulit. During the first closing walk through Renee represented us, seeing as I couldn't make the drive. She also was able to be present to let the water company in to turn the water on. When closing day came, she helped me pick the paint colors and set an appointment to have the painters meet with us. Renee has an extensive background in interior design and offers that service to her clients as well. I am very happy and impressed with how the paint turned out. Not only is she a great agent, she is a wonderful and caring person with an awesome personality that is willing to go above and beyond in her work. I am grateful that we had the chance to work with her and will continue to do so as we design our home.
