While we liked our realtor, Renee was still a breath of fresh air because it was very hard for us to schedule showings with our previous realtor. Some days she wouldnt respond for the entire day which was nerve wrecking because we were from out of town and relied on her to be able to look at houses for us. With Renee, we didnt have this problem at all. She immediately answered us and on the very first day, looked at three houses and put an offer in on a house for us. And when I tell this was such a nice experience in a market that REALLY made you fight for it!We did NOT have to fight, Bid, go back and forth, do any crazy things all because of how Renee set our deal up. We were able to see the home, be informed about the property, make an offer and it was like wizardry because by the time I told my wife that we put the offer in, Renee contacted me saying that all is a GO!This was our first home that we purchased and the confidence level in this purchase made us feel as though we've done this for ages.
