I met Renee, and she certainly is professional and pleasant, and I met Tony DeKroub who is professional as well, but my comments and ratings are for Heather Darwish. I cannot say enough great things about Heather. She is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. Her personable demeanor made me more comfortable asking countless questions, to which Heather responded with patience, courtesy, and knowledge. I knew I was in good hands after the first meeting with Heather! I dragged her all over the area, for weeks, trying to find the right place. She had energy and never made me feel like I was an imposition. Heather was careful to discern what I was looking for in a new home and find places to check out that were in line with that. The condo we came across was just what I was looking for, and while I know God had a huge hand in finding this place, Heather was the perfect fit to orchestrate all the details. In the last year, Heather initially found me a very nice rental unit, again keeping in mind my needs as I had a major life change. And then she stopped be a few months into my rental, just to see how I was settling in! At that visit, I expressed that I wanted to start looking for a place to purchase, and so our search resumed. She had worked hard for a few months to find me the rental and she was right back at it as soon as I gave her the word. She again went out of her way when, after the closing she knew I wasn't feeling well, so she dropped off some amazing chicken soup, still hot! I'm not saying she can do all of these things for everyone, but I DO know that when Heather is your agent, she will give 110%. I hope to not be moving for a long time now, but I will always recommend Heather Darwish if someone were to ask me for a referral for a real estate agent. Thank you Heather!
