Review Renee helped us buy our first home in 2018. Before meeting Renee, we had so many questions and didnt really know where to start. But as soon as we met her, the process no longer felt daunting. She was patient and kind whilst answering all our questions, she was attentive to fully understand what we were looking for and her expertise and experience never missed the mark. She was available and always punctual. When we finally found a home we loved, she did not miss a beat to ensure our offer came out on top and we closed on the home. After we purchased the home, she still made herself available 100% of the time; guiding us on certain things we needed, to get established and settle in as new homeowners and this never changed over the years. Fast forward to 2023, 5 years later, we were ready to sell the same home and move out of state and we did not think twice about reaching out to Renee. Once again, she was very attentive to us and gave us great insight into what the housing market looked like at that point. She gave us honest opinions & factual available options, never pushing her own thoughts. She took it upon herself to have a stager stage our home to increase our chances of selling our home faster, she took the financial responsibility of helping us get certain things done in preparation of putting our home on the market. We needed a few things done around the house to ensure our home was in great condition when selling and upon request, Renee referred some great workmen to us, who we did use, and they all did a fantastic job. We eventually moved out of state (Renee found us the agent we used in buying our home out of state as well) and we trusted Renee to help us complete the selling process as we were no longer physically in Colorado and she did not disappoint, not even a tiny bit. The selling process went very smoothly, she ensured all the is were dotted and ts were crossed. We would work with Renee again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises.

She listens to what her customers say they want as well as what they really want underneath what they say. ReNee was my buyer's agent as I bought a condo. She patiently stayed the course with me while I evolved from what I thought I wanted to what I really wanted. No judgments, no nudging, just support along the way. She is honest and open. When she isn't sure about something, she says so and gets the answer. When she is sure, she informs, but doesn't preach. Renee is a beautiful person inside and out AND she is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the real estate industry. She was always available to answer any and all questions I had throughout the whole process and never made me feel like I was bugging her (which I know I was) lol. I was introduced to ReNee and she was kind and took the time to educate me about the market and the area. ReNee inquired about the needs of me and my family then compiled a list of houses which fit our needs. She never once made us feel rushed or pressured; in fact just the opposite. She had us take our time and made sure she explained everything throughout the process. Because of her, we found a home which exceeded our expectations. It was a new home build but she somehow was able to get the builder to reduce the asking price of the house. I had never seen that before and certainly not in such a hot market. During the entire process Renee was extremely responsive whenever we had a question either via phone or email. She was also extremely flexible when it came to working around our busy work schedules to find time to view homes. Sometimes with very minimal notice too. She also constantly updated us with new listings and comparisons from day to day. I cannot say enough about Renee and the outstanding customer service she provided. With us being 100% inexperienced with the home buying process Renee was an excellent sounding board for every single question we had. (Some of those questions were beyond basic by the way...) Review I was trying to purchase a home while out of state and my brother in CO had a great experience working with ReNee the year prior, so I reached out to her to help me. She saw several houses for me and gave me very honest reviews of the homes including strange smells and things that are outdated. I never got the sense that she was just trying to make a sale, and instead was a true advocate for me. I ended up finding a place that looked great in photos and was planning on having my brother check it out for me but he was unable to. Instead, I trusted ReNee to check it out and give me her opinion. We ended up making an offer and getting the home using some tips that she gave us during the bidding process. Upon arriving to CO and seeing our house for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised to find a "Welcome Home" sign in the hallway and a wooden sign with our last name and recent wedding date that ReNee had made for us. The house is even better than we expected so you can trust ReNee to have a critical eye. Highly recommend working with her!
