ZillowVERIFIEDRenee was a rock during the purchase of my home! I am a first time home buyer using VA. I was working with Renee for appx. 8 months prior to finding my home. She was very easy to communicate with (will work however you need IE text, email, call, etc.). She set me up with multiple sources through the MLS portal specific to what type of properties I was looking for and at the price range I could afford. She was very quick to set up any appointment for any house I wanted to see within 48 hours. Upon finding my home she was able to get us out to the property the next day to view and on top of that, was able to put in my offer within 12 hours. Once the offer was accepted we had appraisals, inspections, etc completed. The appraisal came in $12,500 lower than my offer. Upon hearing this news I had some trouble with the Mortgage company I was using and Renee recommended me to someone local who specialized in VA purchases. The appraisal also had some minor work that needed to be done in order for the loan to move on to the next step. Her partner Justin met myself out at the property and HELPED do any/all the improvements and minor work it needed (he did not do this for money or anything just helped out because these two are GOOD people and wanted to make sure my loan went through). This does not include the multiple trips Renee and Justin made out to the property for the appraisal, inspection and my own requests to see the property. Finally after multiple hurdles and a few pains from the underwriters we were able to close on time (even with switching mortgage lenders with a little less than 4 weeks to closing date). Renee also served as a liaison to my Loan Officer whom I wasn't having the best conversations with (towards the end of the process I did not even want to speak with my officer; Renee took over like a champ.). I received my keys 3-24-2018 at 11am. Renee and Justin were both at the house to congratulate me and also put together a nice "home binder" which included everything that we had done throughout the process and a home warming gift as well (this shows the type of classy people these two individuals are). Renee will go above and beyond for your home and you truly feel that she handles each "problem" or "situation" as if it was her house or her issues she was dealing with....like I said...A ROCK!!!
