ZillowVERIFIED If I could describe our experience with Rene in just a few words it would be...GOD SENT! She was truly amazing through our whole house buying process, not to mention we (my husband and I) were first time home owners so there was alot of questions and anxiety. Rene was so thoughtful...answering every question that arose, no matter how silly it may have seemed. She even reminded us a few times to remember to just breathe. ?? Seriously though she was great through it all; very compassionate, empathetic, and friendly. In my experience she was more than just our realtor she was and still is my friend. I would recommend her to ANYONE and if we ever have to buy another home (I hope not because we love the one Rene just helped us buy) I would choose fo work with Rene again. TRULY AMAZING IS WHAT SHE IS!

ZillowVERIFIED This realtor is so unprofessional. To start off, this realtor never showed up to our closing . A guy showed up to the closing we had no clue who he was. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Second , she called my 17 year old daughter a profanity name, She is vulgar and rude. We were on a short time frame and she definitely made us feel pressured as if there were no other homes to look at. We found almost all of our homes we wanted to see. Rene also left out VERY VALUABLE INFORMATION about our home and closing until the day before.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a long struggle to purchase a home in one of the hottest real estate markets where homes would be sold the same day. Rene was more than understanding and spent many long days dashing from one viewing to another viewing. I do not have the exact number of homes or the number of miles that this epic journey took. It would be close to 80 homes that we visited in a span of 3+ months. Rene was always willing to travel from one side of Ohio to the other side of Ohio. She took great care to point both positives and things to be aware of for the homes that we viewed. I rarely write reviews, for Rene it was my pleasure to write this review and to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
