This team is amazing at what they do. ZillowVERIFIED This guy is TERRIBLE: unprofessional, threatening, and a harassing bully. Prior to signing a contract the listing agent lied about the services they provided and was very available until after listing. Once the house was listed the agent was very unavailable and no responsive. Dont take the bait. They will not so a good job for you. He stated he would do an open house and then never set it up or informed me that it would not happen. Then scheduled an Open House a week later without consulting on the dates. The one date I told him I couldnt do is the date they scheduled the Open House. They did not advertise the Open House. Didnt put out signs until 15 minutes before the open house. The realtor, Rene Sorola, said Open Houses didnt work anyway so no point in doing any extra work for it. Although, they say you can get out of the contract at any time they were forceful and bullied me to stay in the contract longer. During that time they did not improve the process, only became worse. Rene started asking for more money if the house sold. He wanted an additional percentage on a buyer that I found if the deal closed with that buyer. Told me he would delay any deal (aEURoethe ball was inaEUR? his aEURoecourtaEUR?) if I didnt sign a new document stating I would give an additional 5%!! The company lies and states they have their own buyers -after you sign a contract there are aEURoeno buyers interested.aEUR? Before the contract the listing agents said they had buyers lined up that were interested in my house. Rene texted at almost 11 pm harassing about completing documentation. Refused to unlist when I stated I didnt want his representation any longer, continued to have strangers coming in my home when I said take the lock box off and discontinue showings. Now sending nasty emails because he is no longer my agent. If you want this stress pick him...for everyone else that doesnt want the stress RUN AWAY WHEN YOU SEE HIS NAME. HE IS BAD NEWS. By the way -it shows online that his license expired on 8/31/19.

I was looking for that realtor with a more widespread reach and unique marketing technique. I met with Rene one-on-one and he proposed a plan to sell my house that would be very incising to a buyer that no other realtor thought of. His marketing approach took my house from ordinary to amazing. The photography of the house added a level of sophistication I didn't realize could be had. We are as well very satisfied with the service we were provided with and are very happy with the fact that the house is no longer on our mortgage account. He has decent size of team of people working on this deal for us. Especially, the home appliance warranty (we did not get to use it though) and weekly market analysis associated with the brokerage are really helpful.
