She knew us well enough to find us the perfect shore home!! Rene walked us through the entire process and let us know what to expect and when to expect it. She helped us with negotiating and informed us what and when we needed to get things done. We had not bought a property in 28 years and forgot what it was like and what had to be done. Rene was always there to answer our questions, she helped us line up a home inspection, always gave us feedback on the negotiations and even reminded us to transfer our utilities the day we settled.
