ZillowVERIFIED Renata was the third agent I met and I knew after speaking with her and organizing a day of showings that she would be the realtor I would buy a house from. She responded to text messages, detailed emails and always found a way to make appointments happen when we came in from out of town. On one occasion I was without a car and she arranged to pick me up take me to several houses and then to bring me back to my daughter's home. She is organized, competent, resourceful and straightforward. She negotiated on our behalf and had all our questions answered by the seller through email. Furthermore she recommended a good lawyer, arranged an inspection of the house, and recommended a painter and other responsive providers. ZillowVERIFIED Our home had some issues, but another agent took our listing, put a "market" price on it, but did not properly adjust for the flaws that were scaring away buyers. After 6 months of Open Houses, we let our listing expire. We then consulted several new agents to decide who we would next list with. Renata came in to the property, and gave us some tough love. She knew what was wrong, and where the home would sell. She told us she would not take the listing if we did not first fix the problems...without which, it was all but unsalable. She was honest, and risked not getting the listing. We hired her, fixed the flaws, and then Renata put her extensive marketing technology tools to work on our new listing.
