ZillowVERIFIED As far as my family and I are concerned, there is only one agent in upper PA and that's Renata; she pays close attention to your needs (as buyers in our case), she's responsive (even on weekends), understand local market conditions & trends, and, crucially - she's honest & direct. We will go right to Renata for any other purchase or sale (whether home, land, or both) that we make in the future. For some specifics -- we were looking to move from the Harleysville / Hatfield area to Monroe County, at first for the five of us plus two grandparents. Due to circumstance, it turned out to just be our family of five and we settled on a 4 Bed, 3 Bath in Tannersville, PA rather than the larger properties we originally had been looking at. Throughout our own family's changing needs, Renata provided invaluable feedback and advice; she walked us through the process (as first time home buyers, this made all of the difference) from going under contract, into escrow, and through signing. All of her recommendations (particularly Liane Schofield as our loan agent, but also general contracting, plumbing, trash, etc.) were of the highest quality. When it came time to negotiate, we felt that Renata represented our needs & demands faithfully, but was also able to counsel us directly as to which demands might be well received, and which we might want to concede relative to the offer price we were comfortable with. She checked in daily with the seller after going under contract, and was able to negotiate terms in our favor when the seller ultimately needed more time to move out after the scheduled signing day. We could not be happier with our buying experience; our stress was greatly reduced and we were able to secure the home we wanted/hoped for/needed at terms we were comfortable with -- in main part because we had a great agent.
