One was kind of dismissive of our property, low-balling estimates, suggested extensive changes; the other was very casual, yeah everything is fine. Renata hit the right note, put in much more work than other agents to research comparable sales, so we could see the basis for her estimate. She made good suggestions to prep the property for showing. But we also did put in a good amount of work to tidy up the place, had it re-painted, moved around the furniture to make it look inviting. Her photographer did such an amazing job that we could barely believe it was our place. We had a flood of viewings right away and had a winning bid significantly higher than our asking price within a few days. She was very responsive throughout the process.
