Renaldo was amazing and patient. Moved from AZ to SC. Eased all of our fears about a new state. We had very specific layout requirements and a short time to visit. He was very organized and took us to a bunch of houses that we were interested in. Spent time with us going over all of the considerations. We made an offer and were accepted. He attended all of the inspections for us and kept us up to date on all of the moving parts. Made an out of state move easy.

Renaldo was extremely helpful from the start and really works closely with you throughout the entire process. He was very informative in answering all of our many questions and when he didn't know the answer off the top of his head, he'd promptly find out and get back to us quickly. Renaldo had a "boots on the ground" work ethic in which he'd go to any property we had questions about and physically figure out the answer or solution with excellent written, verbal, photographic, and video communications. From the moment we met Renaldo through the closing of our new home he has been a joy to work with. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and has a great sense of humor. He promptly responded to each call, email, and text. He was informative and so very helpful. We are long distance buyers. He attended inspections and several walk through appointments on our behalf and reported back with detailed information. When I shared concerns he was calming sounding board. Renaldo is the best realtor I have ever worked with, especially given the fact that we are not even sure if we are moving to his area yet, but despite that fact, Renaldo has gone out of his way to not only make us feel at home in this area that is new to us, but he carved out a lot of time to tell us about the area, show us places, tell us history, stories etc. as if we were friends, and not a potential client. I truly hope we do move out there because Renaldo will DEFINITELY be our Realtor for ALL of our realty needs (we plan to buy near Greenville and also a lake house on Lake Keowee if we move out there). Renaldo is also VERY genuine, low pressure, oh and super friendly and funny. I feel like I've known him for years and it's only been hours. He's like that.
