Thanks for stopping by to connect with me! My name is Rema, I've been rooted in the PNW my entire life! I love the greenery, beautiful landscape, and all that this state offers. We have a little something for everyone! From the beautiful mountain peaks to sinking your toes in the sand along the Oregon Coast (which is my favorite place to be!) I have visited almost every corner of the state, and I know it well. I like to call myself a Real Estate Advisor. I don't like to say I am in sales, I am here to build relationships with my clients. It's YOUR money and YOUR investment. My task is to advise you to make an educated decision on how to move forward with your real estate goals. At the end of the day, you're in the driver's seat and I am the one with the road map to get us to the destination. My entire work history has management written all over it! I've worked as a manager at the Oregon Zoo, MODA Center, and the Hillsboro Hops Stadium. Before my license, I worked as a property manager in Rainier, Oregon, for about 2/3 years. It was there that I fell in love with home, all the ins & outs of it. Working as a Property Manager really set the stage for me to get my license & sparked my interest in the Real Estate world. I have done 8 Million Dollars in volume as a solo agent. I am dedicated to finding my clients what they want by listening to their wants & needs, then turning those into a reality throughout the home buying or selling process! I specialize in first-home buying by offering a complimentary first-time buyer session to review the process. I've helped Empty Nesters who are looking to downsize, Manufactured Homes, Rural, Investment Properties, and Relocation to the area... Honestly, I do a little bit of everything.
