1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
t’s important not to open any new credit lines once you’re under agreement—this can jeopardize your mortgage approval.
Don’t overcomplicate things. A trusted, full-time Realtor with years of experience will guide you through each step of the process, helping you avoid common pitfalls and preparing you to succeed in competitive situations. 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Preparing your home for professional photography is one of the most important steps in the selling process. Decluttering, staging, and making a strong first impression can significantly increase your final sale price.
Equally important is trusting the guidance of an experienced real estate professional. Overpricing your home may discourage serious buyers and lead to a longer time on the market—often resulting in a lower final sale price than if it were priced correctly from the start.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
We have worked with many different types of clients from first time buyers to investors and luxury home buyers and sellers.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One recent transaction I’m especially proud of was the successful sale of a $4 million condo in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square during a particularly challenging luxury market. Through strategic marketing and expert positioning, we not only secured a strong result for our client, but the campaign also caught the attention of a prominent local luxury developer—who then hired us to represent their upcoming project. It was a powerful reminder that great marketing doesn’t just sell properties—it opens doors.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My parents were Realtors since I was born. I always loved the business but was entrepreneurial and wanted to start my own thing. That's when I expanded their business into the Center City, Philadelphia and Main Line markets and built the team to what it is today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
We are well trained in residential negotiations and marketing.

We worked with Reid for about two and a half years all in as we had no idea where we wanted to move to necessarily. Through numerous conversations, home showings and leaning into his network of contacts, he helped us focus our search and eventually find the area we wanted to be a part of. Unfortunately inventories were very low, rates were climbing and we didn't see much that interested us in the school districts we were considering. In the end, we opted for new construction, to which Reid was able to negotiate a full finished basement at roughly the same asking price, rent stipend in case it went longer than expected, a 5-figure landscaping credit and additional warranty package. When it came time to sell our new home, Reid found us a very thorough photographer and after having the house listed for about 24-hours, we received an offer about 4.5% over asking with small concessions requested and a 30 day close, which we immediately accepted and cancelled all future showings. That was just the icing on the cake for a long and extremely fruitful relationship. I would highly recommend Reid and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Philadelphia area.
