After meeting with him - I re-listed. He listened to me about reasons I thought our home wasn't listed right. He listed our home the way I thought it should have been marketed in the first place. Our house sold right away. Every interaction was professional and Reid is easy to deal with. If I ever need a realtor again I will be calling him.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were searching for some land in the country. One day as my husband was driving by another lot, he noticed a sign for two, two acre lots that were for sale. He came home and called the number. A very short time later, Matt Kosse called him back. They set up a time to meet at the properties the next Monday, and we are now the owners of the two lots. The entire process - from looking at the lots to closing - took less than a month and Matt was very responsive to all of our questions and needs and was very professional. I would recommend Team Ferguson - specifically Matt Kosse - to anyone who is looking to purchase land or a home.
