She is easy to talk to and understands all concerns. She is helpful in finding answers to questions if she doesnt know the answer. Example: 1. heating unit in attic. Brought to sellers attention and it was fixed. 2. Paperwork was forthcoming in a timely manner. Everything was signed and it became a waiting game for the 40 days to be up. 3. Showed us 3 homes and was able to see the differences in each and which one suited our needs. 4. After closing, she continued to help with items the seller had left.
