About Reginald Reglus

Prior to pursuing his business in real estate sales, Mr. Reglus founded and ran his own company Reglus Enterprises, LLC, a computer consulting and training firm based in New York City. Mr. Reglus successfully served both individual consumers and large firms such as JP Morgan Chase and TD Securities. In fact, Mr. Reglus successfully created a software program that he sold to several companies. Mr. Reglus brings this entrepreneurial spirit to bear for his clients by using outside the box thinking and actions to get his clients properties sold. Mr. Reglus holds a BA, in Physics and Economics from Bowdoin College and an MBA in entrepreneurial management from the famed Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as a director of the Wharton Alumni Entrepreneurial Club, a trustee at several churches, a Real Estate Instructor and as a board member for the Whitney M Young Memorial Conference. Mr. Reglus uses his knowledge of finance, negotiations and business along with his caring, attentive and persistent approach to business to serve his clients' best interests and get results.

Repeatedly sent me unsolicited emails asking that I open an attachment (how stupid would I need to be to open an email attachment from an known person?) even though I provided the common courtesy of a reply email asking to never be contacted ever again. The irony is that I'm actually the buyer of the house and he didn't even take the time to notice this fact.

Reggie was a pleasure to work with. Before he came to our home we got an offer for 33k. My wife and I were seriously considering it. The neighborhood wasn't great and the house needed work. Reggie convinced us we could get more. After 4 days on the market it sold for 71k. Thank you Reggie your work and your team were great. After we sold our home Reggie recommended a buyer agent by the name of Natalie. What a sweet lady and a great agent as well. She got us our new home in a safer part of town.
