1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Secure your financing first and find a good Realtor that knows the area you are purchasing in. The market is competitive and not having financing in place makes if very difficult to negotiate offers

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Decide if pricing or timing is your major motivation. Interview 1-2 Realtors and compare marketing plans. Also consider the pros and cons of selling as-is vs. making required repairs to obtain the highest possible price in a reasonable amount of time.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Homeowners looking to sell. Buyers and Investors

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

My seller just accepted an offer on his home. We had 11 offers. Of the 11 offers 4 of the buyers had a relative of parent that was a client of my seller. My seller is a retired Dr. My client referred me to his neighbors who are looking to sale and I had 3 other buyers already available for their home.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

My grandmother was an investor. When she passed she left me 3 rental properties at the age of 19. Her wish was that I get into the Real Estate industry since none of my uncles or aunts had an interest in the business.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have experience in Probate Estates, Divorce cases and Distressed property sales. I help a variety of clients in all price ranges. My recent sales range from $5000 to $375,000.
