ZillowVERIFIED Gharian, Was my buying agent for a duplex in Detroit. He ensured the entire home-buying process ran smoothly and my interest as an investor was protected. He was tremendously helpful and always responsive to calls, texts and emails. His knowledge of Detroit and surrounding area was extremely impressive. This was beyond helpful with me being out-of-state. He provided me with video tours of the homes I was interested in seeing and also recommended a home inspector who was also very good.I would definitely use him on my future purchases in Detroit and recommend him others looking to purchase out-of-state that wants to work with a supportive and collaborative real estate professional. You know you are in capable hands when working with. Also, his support doesn't end when you close. He was able to accept the keys for the property at closing. I was more that impressed with his continued service even after we closed. He recommended a property management company and contractors to work on the repairs that are needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Angela was out of town when a friend of mine had referred me to her. She started right away interviewing me to see what was of importance to me and my family within our daily lives, such as good schools/college prep well-known advanced schools, drive time to and from my church no more than 20 minutes, beautiful curb appeal, close to a lake and a manageable price range. I had other realtors that would just send me a list of houses, but nothing of interest to me. I appreciate her urgency and professionalism, but her number one quality to me was honesty. I told her this was my first time purchasing a house after a divorce and she thoroughly explained each step. It is very important to find a realtor who you can trust. Thanks, Mrs. Angela, you are one of the best. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Cook is one of the best Realtors around! He is very patient, honest, professional, family oriented and will stick with you to the end. He was referred by a close family friend and comes highly recommended. I referred my cousin to him who was also looking for a home in the same area as I. Not only did he work with us spontaneously, we both had accepted offers the same day and we both closed today! Thanks Mr. Cook for your expertise and caring spirit.

As first time home buyers, Angela listened to what we were looking for including area, price range, and home features and found us the perfect starter home for our family. Angela guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. With our busy schedules we had to mostly look on the weekends and during evening hours and Angela always accommodated us and our needs without hesitation. We will use and recommend Angela for any buying or selling needs. Her professional is top notch.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Reginald Perryman 100 stars, I would! I did a lot of online research and conducted several in-person interviews to find the right agent. I have not regretted my decision to select Reginald. He is very patient, professional, knowledgable, thorough, and very important to me - responsive! He answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. We received several offers within the first few days of the house being on the market. Reginald guided us through the bidding war and provided guidance and feedback on which offer to accept. Two things stood out that shows why Reginald is a great agent:1) My family had an unexpected and tragic situation occur that directly impacted the selling process. He was calm, kind, and guided us in what to do as far as closing on the sale.2) His contact list is extensive! We needed a contractor for repairs, an estate sales planner, a probate lawyer, and someone to clear out items in the house by the closing date. He had a referral for everything, and each person recommended was reliable and professional.I would not hesitate to recommend Reginald for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Reggie was outstanding as our real estate agent in selling my Mothers and my Grandparents home at 5201 Yemans. We were so lucky to find Reggie and clearly the moment I met him I knew he was the one to sell our home.Clearly he is an outstanding man whom anyone can trust and do an outstanding job. He was always responsive and clear and direct in a way that was always to assure the best for us during the sale of the home. He fulfilled every part of our desires during this difficult period and went above and beyond to make sure our house was sold not just in the time we needed to sell the house, but sold the house in the framework we wanted it to be sold financially.Reggie was the perfect person to sell my Mothers home and what was my Grandparents home that I also grew up in.I can always now have the memories I want to have as my life continues forward of the house I grew up and the house that meant so much to our family as a whole because of how the conclusion ended and I have to be so appreciative and thankful to Reggie for how he dealt with selling it.
