ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I were first time home buyers and we didn't have a clue about the process. Reggie made the whole process smooth for us. We got a house after just a week or 2 of looking! He is honest, communicates well and always available to show us houses (even on weekends). He gave us a bunch of good advice, really listened to what we want that's within our budget, and recommended trustworthy people for loan and inspection. His negotiation skills and knowledge in the Miami area are also a big a plus!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Bouzy is nothing but a true professional. He answered all my questions, informed me of important information throughout the move in process, and taught me key lessons that I should know the next time I am looking for a new place. Being that I am 22 and moving into my own apartment, Mr. Bouzy truly wanted to connect with me and help me make my first apartment a great one. I could tell he wasnt about the money but he was very passionate about what he does for a living. That in itself was very Authentic to me. Hes a great communicator, very honest, & persistent when getting things done. I would highly recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Reggie was excellent. He was very quick in finding me several rentals that fit exactly what I was looking for. He did his research up front and was able to answer all my questions. He got back to me immediately when I communicated with him. He followed up after I rented my new home and made sure I was happy in my new place. Ive worked with a number of realtors over the years with lots of bad experiences. Reginald is too flight!!! Id definitely use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Regi was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient with me throughout the entire process, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He even talked me out of getting an apartment, which I'm so glad I did because I was able to find another place I am even happier with in Brickell Heights. I have yet to work with a real estate agent as helpful as him and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
