Regina has a good eye and even a small comment such as "this bathroom seems too empty" made a difference. She coached me to add a small rug, move the small cabinet from one room to another and add a plant on top of that. And the room looked so much better after that. She got us to clear our counters, showers and added Orchids to make our house look like it was worth the money we were asking for it. Regina did a test showing where she checked in with her Compass co-agents to make sure we were correct regarding pricing. She marketed within her extensive network. We went on vacation and it was no problem. Regina and her team showed the house to as many possible buyers that would come and presto, it sold and we signed escrow papers while we were gone. Now we also bought a new house and Regina represented us for that as well. She came to see the house and was very enthusiastic, which made me feel comfortable. She negotiated for us and we won the house over two other buyers because of her ability to understand how to bring the best offer. Then with the inspector, she toured the house on the inspection day and used her experience to catch all of the 20 problems that she saw on this "new build" home. She protected us as there were some problems with the other owners and stood firm so they ended up repairing all of the 20 items. ZillowVERIFIED We can't say enough about Regina and her associates. We thought listing, renovating, repairing and selling a condo in California from Florida would be a nightmare. It was actually a pleasure. From the time Regina returned my call within minutes on her day off and traveling, I knew we had the right realtor. One Zoom meeting later, Regina efficiently laid out a plan for cleaning, repairing, renovating, buying new appliances and staging the condo for listing. We didn't have to do a thing after that. She hired the contractor within days and he was done with quite a bit of work within a couple of weeks. Regina and staff picked paint, appliances and replacement fixtures for our approval. All we had to do was approve and pay online. When the condo was ready to list, we almost wanted to back out because the place looked transformed into a modern luxury ocean front condo. Within a week of listing we had a contract and closed 3 weeks later. The escrow agent Regina chose fell right in line handling everything from there and the closing was quick, painless and efficient. Regina did a terrific job of finding a buyer, helping me get compensated by the HOA, and dealing with the buyer who had financing problems. I'm 90 years old and hard of hearing so Regina had to do a lot of the communication.
