At the time my husband and I started house hunting, we were about 8 months pregnant, coming up on our apartment lease ending, and lived 2 hours away from where we were looking. We had a very small window to work with. Once we found our house, we ran into a few problems with the tenants that lived there, causing this pregnant girl to stress out! She handled everything so perfectly and professionally. She was always in contact with us, so we always knew everything that was going on. She made all of the paperwork go seamless as well. Regina just isn't our real estate agent, she is family! Anyone would be lucky to have her and her services!

We had used her to find our rental when we moved to the area and we had such a great experience that there was not question in our mind who to use when it came to purchasing our home. Though the home buying process wasn't always smooth, Regina was a rock. Along with being consistent and calming, she was never pushy. We were fairly particular on the type of house we wanted and Regina never pushed us into types of homes we weren't interested in. That being said she was willing to expand our search as we deemed fit. Throughout the whole process we feel she did a great job of acting in our best interest and finding us a home that we would be happy with. She did this to the point of being devil's advocate on a few houses we were on the fence about. She reminded us of what we were looking for and had us strongly consider if we were happy with the house we were looking at or if we would just be settling. In the end we found a great house that was exactly what we had in mind. I cannot recommend her highly enough and the only way we wouldn't use her again would be if she retired.
