ZillowVERIFIEDRegina from the Kay-Grant Group delivered exceptional care, patience, and guidance throughout our home purchase. My spouse and I are very detail-oriented buyers with a clear vision of what we wanted, so the search was a challenging half year journey filled with emotional ups and downs. We competed against cash buyers and submitted multiple offers, but Regina remained steadfast in her support, professionalism, and compassion every step of the way. We weren?t interested in the high-pressure approach of viewing homes every weekend, although that option was available. When we finally found a property that checked most of our boxes, Regina made it happen immediately, often coordinating showings and offers the same day, regularly within hours. She was also fantastic at looping in trusted lenders, leveraging her Kay-Grant team, and clearly explaining next steps based on her experience so we always knew what to expect. We couldn?t be happier with this partnership. Regina truly advocated for us, built a relationship based on trust, and guided us all the way to a successful closing. After nearly half a year of searching, we now have our perfect home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you?re a buyer who has a strong sense of what you want but isn?t in a rush to look constantly, and you need a realtor who respects your pace yet moves decisively when you?re ready, Regina is your champion. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegina was an invaluable resource when we were relocating to our new working location. Through the initial process of narrowing down what we wanted in a new home and location, Regina was instrumental in sharing advice on what strategies work best. The coordination with us flying in and setting up on-site house visits was made easy by Regina and allowed us to maximize the house visits to fit out compact schedules. The amazing action that Regina executed well was for one of the houses we loved that already had a contract submitted, Regina connected with the owner to share our interest if anything fell through. As we continued to look at other houses, Regina was able follow-up w/ that homeowner and when their previous contract fell through, Reginas efforts allowed us to be at the front of the line. We closed on that house and now live in our dream house. This the type of extra-miles efforts Regina can bring to customers!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cant express enough how THANKFUL I am to have worked with Regina on both the purchasing of my first home and then selling my home down the line. She was so incredibly patient, took every concern I had seriously, found exactly what I was looking for, and educated me so much along the way. When it came to later selling my house, she helped me prepare for before putting it on the market. Kept me on track, and stepped in exactly where I needed her. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, even when using a VA home loan. As a Veteran, I highly recommend her to all my fellow Vets.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegina is very pleasant and knowledgable about the market. She is easy to work with during the transaction phase all the way through to closing. I am normally hard on realtors, but I wish there were more like her. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought a home with Regina a week before the stay at hone order started for COVID. There were several interested buyers With offers and she helped us secure the bid! We then went to sell our home, right at the height of the pandemic. She went above and beyond, doing virtual showings, open houses, virtual open houses, providing coverings( shoe covers, face masks and gloves) for all people entering our home. She dealt with my daily concerns with grace and professionalism. I highly recommend her.
