We first met Regina at an Irvine open house when we were still unsure about our buying timeline. From day one, she stood out as genuine, sincere, and someone who really aEURoegets it.aEUR? Buying a multigenerational home is complicated:different opinions, emotions, even contradictions, and Regina handled all of that with grace. She gave us the honest truths we needed to hear while also being sensitive to how emotional the process can be. What makes Regina truly unique is that she is bilingual in Mandarin and English, and bi-cultural. That was huge for us. So many of the challenges in home buying come down to nuances, communication, and trust. These things that often become the biggest hurdles. Regina bridged all of that seamlessly, which gave our whole family confidence. Our journey was not easy. We wrote multiple offers, had more than one accepted, and even backed out of escrow after inspections. There were highs, lows, and plenty of drama. But Regina stuck with us through it all. She is patient, professional, and always looking out for our best interest. Thanks to her deep knowledge of the Irvine market and her strong relationships with local agents, we were often one step ahead. For example, she got us in to see more one homes that had just fallen out of escrow before the MLS was even updated, that kind of edge makes all the difference. At the end of the day, this experience reminded us that the things worth having in life are rarely easy. Buying a home is no different. You want to go through it with the right professional, someone capable, trustworthy, and, honestly, someone you like. For us, that person was Regina. After watching her videos online and seeing her clear, insightful approach to real estate in Irvine, we decided to work with Regina when buying our new home in Eastwood Village. We were happy that we did! From the start, she discussed in detail each of the properties we were interested in, using her expert knowledge of Irvine and the surrounding areas to highlight their pros and cons. Since we were moving from Texas, she took into account our limited time to visit properties and made each minute count, always staying 2-3 steps ahead in the offer and, later, the buying process.
