ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was amazing! We were first time homebuyers and she was incredibly knowledgeable about all the first time home buyer programs. She knew exactly what questions to ask and even took the time to explain every detail about the home buying process we knew nothing about. She made buying a home easy! I'm so thankful we worked with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Regan was FANTASTIC! We have worked with several realtors on various occasions over the past 30 years and Regan excelled over them all. She made the process of selling or home so easy. We trusted her opinion and expertise completely and had a contract on our home in less than a month of listing. If the occasion arises, we will not hesitate to call her again. Regan knows her stuff and is very good to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Regan twice and the results were great both times. If I had another house to sell in her area, she would be my first phone call. Both houses were listed and had a contract for above asking price within a week. Regan is very good at evaluating your house and getting things fixed and ready to sell. She has a contact for every need.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an outstanding experience with Regan. She knows the Edmond market very well and had a very discerning eye for the homes she showed. We relocated here and Regan spent nearly two entire days walking us through house after house. Our four young children accompanied us! Regan led us to a great house that ended up, at least so far, being a great buy. When the inspections turned up some issues, Regan negotiated a credit at closing that was far greater than I anticipated. Since the sale Regan has been very helpful in recommending people to do work on the home and when we moved in, there was a gift for our boys! I can't recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We've purchased two homes, and sold one with Regan's help. She's great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are satisfied. She's not pushy like many realtors, and she genuinely cares about her clients. Even after purchase she's helped with those random house questions and issues that inevitably arise. I've recommended Regan to all my friends and family who have gone house hunting, and I'd recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Regan was awesome to work with! She has and eye for staging, was honest with changes I should make to house before listing and had solid data to help assist in choosing listing price. I followed her directions and sold my home in 3 days! I found her very easy to talk to and an extremely knowledgable about her craft. She is highly motivated and a hard worker and has connections all over town. She brought the best inspector to the table when we were buying our new home asked many questions on our behalf. She also recommended a closing company that was very well organized and efficient. She's the whole package!

ZillowVERIFIED Regan was extremely helpful from the very beginning. She listened to our needs and developed the plan to market our home. She had lots of good advice once we received an offer and was very helpful through the negotiation process. She arranged all necessary details though the inspection and repair phase and helped me keep my sanity despite the questionable details of the process. I've bought and sold quite a few houses over my life and dealt with Realtors from poor to great. Regan is great!

ZillowVERIFIED Regan was recommended to us by a prominent local realtor and turned out to be the best professional for us. She was experienced, well informed and patient with some problems we had with our buyer. She advised us well and handled the buyer's concerns politely and resolved some deal breaking issues. She was understanding, available, and a practical go between that resulted in a fair, favorable sale @ a fair and reasonable price and terms. We couldn't have done it withour her.

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing several Realtors I came away with a belief that Regan had what I was searching for. She was prompt in returning my call, she was engaging in our conversation, yet she actively listened to my comments. She answered my questions in a straightforward manner & she did not aEUR~over promise. Thus, I asked Regan to represent me in the sale of a piece of property I had actively tried to sell for over 4-months without success. Some Realtors, after receiving a Listing, simply plug it into the MLS & wait for the phone to ring. Regan on the other hand, had assembled a comprehensive marketing plan that included multiple web-sites. Her preliminary work included, anticipating the questions prospective buyers might ask & she herself, sought out the answers in advance. Thus, she was able to respond confidently when asked a question by a prospect. She even had professional photos taken in order to present the property in its best light. When we met to sign the requisite paperwork, Regan took the time to answer each question I had. She then listed my property the next day. She called me less than 48-hours later with a qualified offer! She also continued compiling a list of prospective buyers, just in case this offer fell through.Needless to say I was impressed! Regans results were the product of her effortsaEUR|she had a plan AND she worked her plan. Moreover, during the sales process, there was a side-issue that came up & it was Regan who offered the suggestion that ultimately proved to be a solution to the issue.I found Regan to be conscientious, highly professional, extremely hardworking, very bright & quite personable. She is a problem solver who produces results.

ZillowVERIFIED Listen, you just cannot find a better Realtor than Regan. She is amazing in all aspects. She knows that local market better than anyone, she knows all the best inspectors, appraisers, service professionals...you name it, she has a guy. ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Regan Forrest. She listed our home (and sold it the first day on the market) and helped us buy a new one. She was very knowledgable about the area we wanted to buy a home. Regan would respond to texts/emails immediately and always figured out a way to squeeze us in to see a house on a moments notice. ZillowVERIFIED Regan is THE best realtor! She is fantastic to work with, is very knowledgeable about the location you are looking in, the price range you are looking for, and an impressive negotiator. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was fun, friendly, energetic, and she understood EXACTLY what we were looking for and how we could get it. Regan would answer text messages and phone calls whenever I had questions about a property promptly. We actually ended up looking at a For Sale By Owner house that Regan didn't know about, but all I had to do was get her the address, and she had comps and pricing for me within an hour. She knows what will sell and what won't, and whether you should even bother looking at a property or not based on her knowledge. She was able to get our price for our house down considerably because of her knowledge of the area and her knowledge about appraising. After that, the closing process with her was very quick; she knows whomever you need in the business for appraising and inspections, and if she says use her people, use them, they are THAT good. Thanks to her, we have a fabulous new home, in a great location, and a new friend in the process!

ZillowVERIFIED Regan is great! We contacted Regan when we found out that we were being transferred to Oklahoma with my husbands job. Not familiar with the area we had no idea what part of Oklahoma City we wanted to settle down a buy a home in. We changed our minds from the South side to the West side and back again. Through all of our indecision Regan remained patient and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Regan helped me buy my second house. I didn't use a realtor when I bought my first house and had no intention of using one this time. That was before I met Regan. She was extremely understanding and thorough when we first spoke on the phone. She explained the benefits of her help without being pushy. She was extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, school districts, which builders to avoid and also recommended an insurance agent that saved me thousands of dollars. She was kept me informed through the entire process. It was extremely easy to buy a house when you have someone like Regan looking out for your best interests! It's been a month since we closed on that house and Regan has stayed in touch and continues to help with any issues that have come up. I will never buy another home, unless it's from Regan. She continues to impress me with her customer service. If anyone calls Regan to list their home or to buy one, they won't need to call anybody else!

ZillowVERIFIED Patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable...these are just a few words that describe Regan. When we first started our communication with Regan, we were still a year away from actually putting our house on the market. She was so patient with us during this process. She would send us emails of homes we would might be interested in based on the criteria we had given her. We weren't sure if we wanted to build, or find a home already done. After looking for a while, we decided we wanted to build. She knew when we needed to put our house on the market and the price range it should be at. During the time our house was for sale, we had our third baby. She was so respectful of us having a newborn while trying to keep everything "show" ready. She always put our interests first and always gave us plenty of time to get ready for a showing. After our house sold, she still helped us with the process of building a home. She helped every step of the way. During the closing for our new home, another realtor told us how great Regan was and how she came prepared to the closing with everything needed. She was definitely a huge blessing to us during such huge changes in our lives. We highly recommend her! She's amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Regan prior to moving to the Oklahoma City area in August 2013 to let her know we were relocating. She spoke to us several times prior to our arrival to determine where to begin our home search and upon arrival to OKC, she picked us up at our hotel and took us around to look at existing homes. She did this every day for a solid week. We moved into an apartment for temporary housing and continued to look for a home. We recieved daily emails from Regan with new listings and continued to look for a home until late September 2013. A house came on the market at 2:30pm on a Friday, we called Regan and she showed us the house at 6pm that same day. We saw it again the next day and made an offer. We closed the deal a week later. Regan has a can do attitude, and you can be certain that she will be honest and tell you her opinion of what is good and bad about every house you look at. Her researching skills about houses and their history is shocking. She has excellent taste and is extremely responsive, answering texts and phone calls within minutes. Her knowledge of the Edmond, OK area is impressive. She is an advocate for her client and has a friendly, but iron will when negotiation. We had a great experience with Regan, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or family member.

ZillowVERIFIED Trying to accurately put all of Regan's positive attributes into a short review is selling her abilities short. She is an OUTSTANDING realtor; her work ethic is meritorious, and her desire to please her customers is exemplary. From start to finish, she was never more than a call or a text away; her communication skills are by far the best that we have seen from any realtor that we have ever dealt with. Her professionalism is evident in every facet of the real estate transaction; anyone who has the privilege of using Regan will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are reading this and looking for a Realtor in the OKC Metro, your search is over, call Regan. She is very professional and knowledgable yet treats you like family and is ALWAYS looking out for your best interests. I really appreciated the fact that she was always accessible and was willing to give you her honest opinion. She has a great network of contacts that she trusts and respects (she has a "guy" for everything.... plumbers, electricians, insurance agents, gutters, you name it, she knows someone). We thought our house was going to be difficult to sell. She had it under contract in less than 24 hours and helped us find/buy the perfect house, and close them on the same day. The whole process with Regan was a breeze and buying and selling a house could not have been easier. My wife and I consider her a friend and will reccommend her to everyone we know. ZillowVERIFIED In 2009 I was looking for a home with some land a chose Regan Forrest with Remax as my realtor. I could not have made a better choice. We looked at several properties and she was never pushy or trying to just make a sale. Before we looked at a property Regan made sure she new every detail about the property. We finally found the property I wanted and Regan wasted no time in going to work getting the process started. She directed me to the mortgage company and began working on my offer. She is very detailed and I felt comfortable through the entire process with no anxiety. Great experience in the buying process from start to finish. 2013 I decided to sell the property. I contacted Regan Forrest to sell the property. I signed a contract and she went to work calling her contacts. I know this may not be typical but the home sold in one day for a huge profit. This I believe happened because Regan has contacts and is always keeping an eye out for potential buyers and sellers. She is a FULLTIME realtor and knows the industry better than anyone in my opinion. If you are looking to buy or sell a home or property I highly recommend you contact Regan Forrest. She will work for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Regan is one of the most professional and down to earth people we know. She helped fluff our home for pictures on Wednesday at 7PM and was able to get them online for Thursday at 10AM. After they released we received a call from Regan who said we had a showing at noon. Our home sold on the first showing in 2 1/2 hours. ZillowVERIFIED Regan is the ultimate realtor consumers dream of having to represent their interest in purchasing the home of their dreams. Regan represents all that could possibly be positive in a profession filled with less than average sales agents. Regan's knowledge of her market and positive human relations expertise makes her the Realtor of the year in my books and most certain that all of her clients would concur. Regans unwilling effort to right a wrong after commission has been paid lowers her rating greatly. At issue were over 16 windows that were compromised prior to my buying the home and sloppy attic framework/bracing that I was unaware of. Her handpicked home inspector passed both on the home inspection. I contacted her on numerous occassions for her support in having the previous owner live up to her promise of having eight windows repaired, as her contractor could never produce paperwork to reflect same. Do not expect support from this agent after the sale if the transaction goes haywire. I sold the home two years later and the buyers home wrote up thest above discrepancies. To have the attic repair done properly cost me $583.00 and the windows were a $1500.00 credit to buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED We were being relocated from Fort Worth to Oklahoma for work purposes. We knew nothing of the area and were lucky enough to be referred to Regan. Her knowledge of the area, availability and personality made our relocation experience exceptional.Regan met with us several times a week to find the perfect home for our family. When we felt disheartened and overwhelmed, she would go out of her way to ease the burden of the process. Regan promptly responds to email and phone calls and always has your best interest at heart. She will give you an upfront honest opinion about anything you ask. After a few conversations, she was able to determine exactly what we were looking for and exhausted all efforts finding our fit. We trust her judgment and her opinions were always helpful and welcomed.Although it felt like we searched forever, Regan never got frustrated with our inability to find the right place. She worked very hard to find our house and we never felt like we were just a sale for her. If the place wasn't right for us, she would sacrifice a sale to tell us the truth.Ultimately, we feel truly blessed that we found Regan. We feel like we gained a great professional relationship as well as a friendship.
