Through the entire process they were always on my side, listened to my goals, and explained everything. Great advice, great contacts, and a great first home for me. We toured many homes, and when I found the house I wanted, that checked my requirements, she did a fantastic job negotiating a fair price below asking while narratives of offers over asking filled the media. And when one of the mechanicals failed the final inspection, she made a call, and a new water heater was installed the next day. In future when I need a real estate agent, I'm calling Regan!

ZillowVERIFIED Well before we listed the home Regan was well aware I was willing to do whatever she thought should be done before listing. Often mentioning I was a machine doing all the work she had requested us to do. I specifically asked her about the carpet and she said it was fine. I expressed the concern of us being smokers and she assured me not to worry as she would bring in a ozone machine that would take care of any smoke smell. She pointed out some rooms/walls that should be painted which I did. After the first weekend of listing the home she informed me people thought the home had a smoke smell, even though the smell of the ozone machine was very strong. She then informed us we should move out all of our personal items in the home. Resulting in me finding a moving company that could move us the following Wednesday. Causing me to pack up a 4000sqft home in 3 days, otherwise the moving company couldnt move us for a month. She then stressed we should have the whole house carpeted with new carpet along with bringing in staging furniture and decorations. She had initially told us she thought we might be able to list the house at $550K due to other homes that had either been sold or in the process of being sold, well above the $400K we had initially been thinking. We settled at listing the home for $500K which she repeatedly stated it was worth any day of the week. After several weeks of zero interest we dropped it to $475K, still no interest so we dropped it to $465K, ended up selling for $463K. Truly the worst experience I have ever lived through.

ZillowVERIFIED My FiancA(C) and I were looking for a starter home in this crazy time of house buying and were about to give up and consider renting for awhile. Until someone told us to reach out to Regan and her team. It was a complete 180 degrees from what were doing before, not only were they looking through Facebook for leads but calling Realtors they had connections with asking if they knew of any home about to hit the market. That is how Regan and her team found our home in New Germany, MN, not only did they find this house before it hit the market but at the time we were vacationing in Florida when the open house was happening. That didnt slow down Regan and Brittany (member of Regans team) they went out to the house for us! They took pictures and videos of the entire property also let us know some concerns and whet they thought would be a fair offer but still competitive in this market. Not 5 hours while 1000 miles away we got the call asking if we were ready to be home owners. We are so thankful people recommend Regan and her team and so grateful to Regan and Brittany for theyre constant communication and tireless work finding us a great home in the area we wanted.
