I had a lot of hard to meet requirements in a property and was looking in a competitive area. Right after contacting Reena, I happened to find what I was looking for in a home. We had actually just met at this point but Reena sprung into action very quickly! With prior realtors, we had found a few homes we were interested in but not made it past the offer stage which we felt was due to a lack of guidance when it came to making a strong offer without overpaying. But with Reena we had this guidance and our offer was accepted and for a price that I was very happy with. Moving forward, not long after our inspection, the Covid-19 pandemic was starting and precautions were increasing. Of course, this brought extra challenges to the closing that no one had dealt with before. Reena was able to meet all of our requirements which were challenging - certain neighborhood in our desired town, had a specific budget, needed a relatively large home with a yard, etc. Reena was able to find all of this and secure us the very first showing appointment!! Once we won the bid and had our inspection, Reena got us the information needed and quickly negotiated on our behalf! After moving in she organized a family photo in front of our home and sent out postcards to our friends and family!
