Review My wife and I had a very negative experience with a different real estate company by not drumming up business with our Baltimore County condominium. After two weeks of the condo sitting idle on the market, we decided to take the advice of a friend and try out the Lee Tessier Group. Reed quicky came to our rescue and took over with confidence assessing our personal needs to get the condo sold. Review Reed met with us in October, gave us a game plan for selling our house when we needed the proceeds for our next hom being built, suggested a selling price higher than we were thinking while instructing us about the recommended updates to be made, kept us updated with next steps as we progressed with our selling updates, then negotiated with the buyers agent for additional preferred to us additional inspection items and a compromise on the settlement date. He also provided us the tools for scheduling showings and arranged a selling video for buyers. He was professional in spirit and actions and would quickly recommend him to a seller.

Review We had our home listed with another agency for more than 70 days with only a handful of showings. Maybe 5 in 72 days. I was apprehensive about what Reed and his team could do differently. Reed assured me things would move in a better direction quickly based on the way the team approaches real estate. Reed took time to explain the entire process and why his agencies approach was different. Reed delivered on his words. The first week we had multiple showing each day. Within 10 days we had 5 offers! We went from listing with Reed to a full price offer and settlement closing in 5 weeks. Reed was always available to answer any questions and provide support to get things done. He had great communication, even if nothing was happening he would let me know and reassure me that everything was ok. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate prompt clear communication! Reed and the Lee Tessier team also had a great team of people to help make my house look and feel the best it possibly could. They provided Wendy, a "stager" that came into our house and helped tell us what to pack away, how to arrange furniture, and what to focus on to make the space look as inviting as possible. She was fantastic and did a wonderful job explaining what we needed to do. I will use her to help set up and decorate my new home! Then the lady who took pictures of our house was so professional and made sure everything looked as nice as possible. The pictures turned out GREAT! From the moment he stepped into our home, we knew it was going to be a great working relationship. Reed was very thorough in explaining the process, what services the company offered, their marketing practices, and how he arrived at a very accurate selling price for our unique high acreage property. He respectfully listened carefully and we developed a schedule to meet our needs. Before each step of the process, Reed contacted us to ensure things were in line. Reed was correct when he said his company utilized the highest quality photographers. We were extremely impressed with the drome view of our property, the photographs, video, and the virtual tour. All of them featured the highlights of our home. Once the house was listed and showings began, Reed was there every step of the way, discussing the feedback he received. Unfortunately, the time of our showing was at the beginning of the Covin-19 pandemic. Reed provided us with information on how to manage under the new conditions, informing the showing agents how to respect us and our property. We received several offers and Reed offered advice on the pros and cons of each one, supporting us and looking out for our best interests. We always valued his opinion. Selling a house can be a very stressful experience, but Reeds calm positive manner was appreciated. No question or concern went unanswered.
