It was in a good location on the lake but only had one bedroom (and two full baths!). It was on the market for two seasons with two other realtors before it sold. I wish we'd known about Reed sooner!

Very transparent, and made it very clear this our process. Reed was familiar with all the areas we went to, and even got to talking to my neighbors before I had the chance to do so, which helped confirm we were in fact moving into a nice area. From the start to the end, any question I had, any concern, a lot of them not even being directly in his ballpark, he answered either 100% or got me close enough that I had no leg work to figure it out completely. On a negotiating level, we got everything we wanted, QUICKLY, I want to add as well. Reed very much understands the negotiating table. All in all, I think Reed and his mother who also was an absolute joy to work with, take pride in helping their clients the right way. We continually tell those in our lives how easy he makes such a stressful process. He is easy to talk to, really took the time to get to know us and what would make a house a home for us. We never felt discouraged reaching out to him and if he didnt have an answer hed do everything to find it for us. We cannot recommend Reed enough and are sad we unfortunately moved away from the area with our last purchase.

Reed was recommended by our daughter in law, a real estate agent in Florida. Reed communicated with us mostly by phone also via the internet. He helped us with services needed before the house was ready to go on the market. This included professional services for removing all unneeded furniture from the house and deep cleaning of the emptied house. He had excellent photographs taken of the house and advertised it over the internet. He also helped us retrieve remotes accidently removed from the house and came to see us both before and after the sale was completed as we no longer had a car and have difficulty walking.
