Red was great he got our house on the market and sold within hours. He showed us so many different properties in our search that we liked and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying as well. We were basically out almost every evening and weekend looking at houses and I felt like were always running him everywhere and he was always up for it.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning, David's advice regarding what needed to be addressed to ready our home for market was invaluable. He made a few suggestions about cleaning and minor repairs. Most insightful was his eye for creating a spacious look in an already spacious house. David was particularly helpful in working through the issues regarding the the home inspection ordered by the buyers and guided by their realtor. Considering we had had our own home inspection just three and a half years earlier when we bought the house, the home inspection was challenging in its citations. David acted as our advocate guiding us through what was necessary and what was, from the sellers' vantage, superfluous. David helped us buy our home and now sell it--thanks to David Besecker!

ZillowVERIFIED Red made our entire home buying experience easy and stress-free. We immediately felt comfortable with Red and found his assessments, advise and negotiating skills to be spot on and invaluable. We felt as though he was truly there for us not just there to sell a house. He was very responsive & accommodating. He was always available for our questions and requests to re-visit the house. He even called us while he was on vacation to ensure that the closing process was proceeding as expected. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He usually had the answer but when he didnt he was honest enough to say so then promptly got it. Everything was done right the first time. For a truly pleasant and stress-free home buying experience, we strongly recommend Red Newsome.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving across country and Marti helped us in exploring options to buy. She listened to what we described in the house we desired, and regularly provided appropriate options. When we settled on a new home she forwarded pictures of the building process. We appreciated Marti's warmth of personality, and her professional expertise and counsel as we moved into this new area. We highly recommend Marti Newsome.

ZillowVERIFIED Marti and Red are fantastic. They helped us when we were moving in to the Tipp City area from North Carolina. Working with them was a joy. They were thorough and helpful not only in buying our house but in familiarizing us with our new community. Then when we mentioned that we were interested in selling our house at some point, they brought a buyer to us before even listing the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Marti and Red made the whole selling process easier for us. After they toured our home they came up with good selling points and she wrote a very nice description of the property. Very quick with responses, always professional, pleasant and cheerful. ZillowVERIFIED When my husband I came to the area, Marti Newsome was recommended to us by another realtor south of town. Our home search and then purchase went extremely smoothly because of her. Marti was and is very familiar with the area and is a most capable listener. Her knowledge about the purchasing and closing transactions helped us to feel confident about this major decision. Marti Newsome is highly professional, and I would and have referred her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Marti Newsome and her Remax team for several years now. I have purchased for myself and several houses for investment. I have found them to be more knowledgeable and professional than anyone else I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend Marti and the Remax One team. Rod Martino

ZillowVERIFIED Marti and the Newsome team helped us buy our house without us even being in the area. They met our friends at the house we liked (online) and walked through it with them. Helped us with pictures, recommendations, updates, etc... and made our move home and new purchase as easy as possible. Can't wait to work with them again and would tell anyone we know buying a house to use them.
