ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start? We randomly got in touch with Rebekah through Zillow, and even though we were not able to get the first house we saw we decided to use Rebekah moving forward. She set up a profile for us and kept adding houses in our price range as they were listed. At times we felt that we were asking too many questions or that we were being "annoying". ZillowVERIFIED Last Summer, I enlisted the professional services of Rebekah Stuckart and Shelly Pekrul at Keller Williams Realty to both sell our home in Milwaukee and to purchase a home in the Lake Country area.Prior to choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a copious amount of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. The Keller Williams Team stood out as quite possibly the best the greater Milwaukee area has to offer. Their rankings were excellent, their social media presence was and remains strong and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.I spoke with Rebekah and then met with her at our home. She patiently spent plenty of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and provided a lot of information relative to comparables in our area. We were somewhat concerned that our home, which was located some miles from downtown and in a neighborhood with many similar homes (but ours was larger than most) would be tough to sell at a price we would be willing to accept. Rebekah made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps most other Realtors do not, but should. These include staging tips, professional photographs and much more.When we saw our listing, we were extremely pleased. The hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We sold in 48 hours! Both Rebekah and Shelly then methodically and patiently walked us through every step of the closing process. I highly doubt that it could have been a more pleasant home selling experience.Additionally, Rebekah and Shelly took charge of the purchase of our new home. They recommended an excellent home inspector along with an incredible mortgage professional. ZillowVERIFIED Rebekah is genuinely interested in her clients' needs. When we began our search for a new home, we dealt mostly with agents who sounded interested in our needs but who fell short of meeting those needs. One agent sent listings that either didn't meet our requirements or were outside our price range (but which were managed by her agency). Another agent set up a search on her agency's web page but who never followed up to see whether the results met our needs or whether we wanted to view any of the matching properties. By contrast, Rebekah's actions reflected her interest. She set up an automated search that included all properties in the area, not just those managed by her agency. And she didn't stop at just setting up a search. She followed up regularly to see if we wanted to view any new listings and whether we were satisfied with the search or wanted to refine the criteria to expand or narrow the results. Rebekah was also very accommodating to our schedule. When we wanted to view houses, she made herself available for entire afternoons to view houses scattered across the metro area. She never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. When we found a house we liked, she scheduled additional viewings so we could see the property and neighborhood at different times of day or take measurements of the doors, windows, and rooms. She also encouraged us to call her in the evenings and on weekends to ask any questions we may have about the properties we viewed, about properties we wanted to view, or about the process in general. The few times she wasn't available, she had arranged for us to contact one her equally knowledgeable and accommodating colleagues. And this was all before we signed a buyers agreement that would ensure her a commission when we finally bought a house. After we signed the agreement and made an offer, she fought hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. She encouraged us to lower the price of our initial offer, which was accepted. When the home inspection indicated we would need to install a radon mitigation system, she encouraged us to amend our offer to recoup the cost of the system. Even though the offer specified the property was being sold "as is" with a clause that explicitly stated the seller would not make any corrections or lower the price as a result of the home inspection, the seller agreed to split the cost of the system. In all, Rebekah saved us thousands of dollars.I can't recommend Rebekah highly enough to help you locate and buy the right house for your needs and means. While I haven't used her (yet) to sell a house, I can't imagine she wouldn't work just as hard to market your property and to ensure you get as much as possible for it.
