ZillowVERIFIED HONEST review on Rebekah Bateman: Bekah was GREAT!!!! She helped us so much more than I can explain. If I had to narrow it down to a few important key points for all other potential buyers to consider, these are characteristics that, in our opinion as first time home buyers, make Bekah stand out from other realtors. 1) She met us for showings "after hours", or after 5 pm and on weekends. This was the only feasible way for us to view homes, and she was quick to offer showing times that fit around our schedule. This is certainly a plus for those who work set schedules; she was willing to meet whenever we both could. 2) We didn't feel rushed at showings. I remember one night in particular and probably always will - the night we made the offer (that was accepted!) on our home. Bekah stayed with us considering potential options and helping us with the offer submission process for nearly 3 hours. This was time she was spending away from her family on a Thursday night, but she did it to help us. How many realtors value their buyers that much? 3). We felt comfortable. Our parents, grandparents, and other family members came to a few showings with us. Bekah spoke with them, made conversation, and welcomed everyone to the process and stage of home buying. Showings were comfortable and relaxed. I felt that we could ask all kinds of questions and receive a truthful answer each time. Bekah became a friend to us as we spent time looking at homes and enjoying the comfort of knowing someone else was looking out for our best interest. She was professional, friendly, cooperative, helpful, and entertaining! 4) She was quick to help. Many times, I would send Bekah a text or email with a question, concern, or even an update, and I usually had a reply within 3-4 minutes. On the other hand, whenever there were updates or progress made with our buying process, she was quick to send a message with new info to pass along. She kept us "in the loop" and that was very meaningful. It proved that she was interested in our entire home buying process. I truly could go on with how pleased we were..... But I suggest that any potential buyer/seller should contact Bekah to see for themselves just how helpful she will be. A realtor's attitude and willingness to help others can honestly make or break the deal. I would 100% recommend Bekah for ANY type of real estate dealings. She made our experience as first time home buyers very memorable and I am somewhat sad the process is over. When the time comes to sell our house and look again, we will be using Bekah, without a doubt! We made a friend in our realtor and I know anyone else who uses her will too. Give Bekah a try, you WON'T be disappointed!!!!!!
